At LoveYour.Studio, we understand that yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s a living, evolving journey – and your class should reflect that.
That’s why we offer curated classes rooted in tradition and refined through modern experience. Our in-house classes are sequenced with care and built for real people in real life.
Why We Offer Curated Yoga Classes in our Farnborough Studio
Our mission is to create a space that is welcoming, grounded, and structured – whether you’re just beginning or returning with years of experience. Our curated yoga classes in our Farnborough Yoga Studio are intentionally sequenced to meet you where you are and help you grow. You don’t just attend... you evolve.
Too many students told us they felt lost in all-level classes or overwhelmed by the variety of styles available. Some pushed too far, too soon. Others gave up, assuming yoga wasn’t for them. So we designed our classes with intentional progression – so you don’t just attend... you evolve.
Who Are Our Classes For?
Everyone. And we mean that — all abilities, shapes, sizes, moods, needs, and intentions.
We offer five main categories with clear focus and progression:
Foundation & Gentle Classes
For foundational practice, a soft reset, or simply a more calming experience. No pressure. No performance.

1. Yoga Arambha – Gentle foundations, starting on the floor and progressing to standing and seated postures. Based on Sapurna (entry-level) movements that develop brain-body coordination, balance, and strength.
2. Yoga Sukham I – Breath & Pause. Entirely floor-based and deeply grounding.
4. Yoga Kriyā I – Accessible movement and simple sun salutations. Builds familiarity with flow in a mindful, welcoming way.

All Levels
Designed for those with basic experience who want to maintain or grow their practice with rhythm, breath, and awareness.
3. Yoga Sukham II – Stronger than Sukham I, still floor-based, but with more demanding transitions and longer holds.
5. Yoga Kriyā II – More dynamic movement, grounded in traditional vinyasa but safe for those building stamina.
6. Yoga Āsana I – Posture-based learning. Builds safe alignment, introduces inversions, and offers multiple posture options.
Progressive & Breath-Led Flow
For dedicated practitioners with experience, rhythm, and a desire for challenge.
7. Yoga Āsana II – Posture mastery. Strong, coordinated movement designed to refine strength and fluidity.
8. Yoga Vīrya I – A vinyasa-inspired experience that fuses movement with intention. Complex sequences and transitions.
9. Yoga Vīrya II – Power yoga. Inspired by Ashtanga and Jivamukti traditions. Athletic, sweaty, and energising.

Therapeutic & Developmental Classes
Supporting mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
1. Yoga Cikitsā (Chair Yoga) – Strength, mobility, and spirit from a seated position. Ideal for recovery, ageing bodies, or low mobility.
2. Hathenas – A traditional breathwork series to improve posture, reduce stress, and expand vitality.
3. Loma-Viloma – Core-focused sequence to stabilise spine and tone from within. Includes adaptations for all levels.
Meditation & Journaling – Self-reflection, inner awareness, and grounding practices to reframe your week and reconnect.
Kirtan – Yogic chanting, rhythm, and devotional sound as personal development and music therapy.
