The body is gently prepared for each posture through simple, repeated movements coordinated with mindful breathing, supporting ease, safety, and inward awareness. Each session is meditative and deeply calming, concluding with a soothing guided visualisation to encourage relaxation, mental clarity, and the gentle release of tension. This is a practice of slowing down with intention — not stopping, but softening.
