Overview: Yoga Sukham I – Breath & Pause is a calming, floor-based, breath-led practice ideal for those wanting just a little more than mindfulness alone. We gently prepare the body for each posture with simple, repeated movements coordinated with mindful breathing, helping you move, breathe, and bring awareness inward. Each session is meditative and deeply calming, with a soothing guided visualisation to close — supporting relaxation, focus, and a safe release of tension. What to Expect: - Gentle, repetitive movements to build comfort and body awareness. - Breath-led preparation for each posture, without rushing or force. - Longer, mindful holds encouraging stillness and ease. - A calm atmosphere with no dynamic transitions. Who It’s For: - Beginners or those returning after a break. - Anyone seeking mindful peace and physical ease through gentle movement. - Practitioners who prefer a slower pace and space to connect with their breath. Requirements: - Suitable for all levels. - No prior yoga experience required.
