Members Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LoveYour.Studio. A place a nurture your inner self, find balance and connect with like minded people. 

We have worked hard to curate this incredibly special place, and to keep it that way, we kindly require all our visitors and members to respect and observe our rules at all times. 

The information below will explain:

1. What the terms of your purchase are

2. How we expect our members and visitors to behave 

3. How we are at your service to support you while you are with us.

General Terms and Conditions

These are general terms that we expect everyone to adhere to and they apply to all purchases.

For additional special terms, please scroll further down.

1. Pricing and Payment

1.1 Payment in Advance
All classes, class packs, subscriptions, and promotional offers must be paid for in advance. Access to classes will not be permitted unless payment has been successfully received.

1.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The Studio reserves the right to amend prices for subscriptions or one off services at any time. 30 days notice shall be provided for any subscription price increases and shall take effect from the members next billing cycle.

1.3 Failed or Missed Payments
Where a recurring payment fails, the Studio reserves the right to suspend access to classes until payment is successfully collected.

2. Bookings, Cancellation and Attendance

2.1 Advance Booking
Classes must be booked in advance using the either the Fit By Wix app or the Studio’s website. Walk-ins are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

 

2.2 Cancellations & No-Shows
Members must cancel bookings in accordance with the Studio’s published cancellation policy. Late cancellations or failure to attend a booked class (“no-shows”) may result in loss of the class credit or other restrictions.

2.3 Class Availability

All classes are subject to capacity limits. Payment of a membership does not guarantee access to classes and must be booked in advance.

​3. Health, Safety and Personal Responsibility

3.1 Fitness to Participate
You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in yoga and related activities and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, unless you have informed the instructor in advance.

 

3.2 Medical Advice
The Studio does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for seeking professional medical guidance where appropriate.

 

3.3 Instructor Discretion
Instructors reserve the right to modify or restrict participation where necessary to ensure safety.

4. Studio Etiquette & Conduct

4.1 Respectful Environment
LoveYour.Studio is a welcoming, inclusive space. Members are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and other participants at all times.

 

4.2 Arrival & Lateness
Members are encouraged to arrive on time. Late entry may be refused where it would disrupt the class or compromise safety.

 

4.3 Mobile Phones & Belongings
Mobile phones should be switched off or placed on silent during classes. Personal belongings are brought to the Studio at your own risk.

 

4.4 Hygiene & Attire
Appropriate attire and personal hygiene are expected for the comfort and safety of all attendees.

 

4.5 Right to Refuse Access
The Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or suspend access to any individual whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of these terms.

5. Class Timetable & Studio Changes

5.1 Schedule Changes
The Studio reserves the right to amend class timetables, instructors, or class formats at any time.

5.2 Cancellations
Classes may occasionally be cancelled due to instructor illness, low attendance, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Studio’s control.

6. Suspension, Termination & Misuse

6.1 Misuse of Access
Memberships, class packs, and offers are personal and must not be shared. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6.2 Breach of Terms
The Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

7. Liability

7.1 Personal Risk
Participation in classes is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by negligence.

 

7.2 Personal Property
The Studio accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

8. Personal Data

8.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with the Studio’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

9. Relationship with Other Terms

9.1 These General Terms apply to all Studio offerings.
 

9.2 Additional or product-specific terms (including Welcome Offers, Class Packs, and Subscriptions) apply in addition to these General Terms.
 

9.3 In the event of conflict, the product-specific terms shall prevail.

10. Complaints

10. Any concerns or complaints relating to LoveYour.Studio must be submitted in writing to hello@loveyour.studio before any formal action is taken. Upon receipt of a written complaint, LoveYour.Studio will be given 30 days to investigate and respond. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights.​

 

11. Law and Jurisdiction​​​​​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Welcome Offer Terms and Conditions

​1. Eligibility

​This Welcome Offer is available once per customer only. LoveYour.Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any purchase where it reasonably believes that more than one Welcome Offer has been purchased or attempted by the same individual.

 

2. Offer Period
The Welcome Offer provides unlimited classes for a 30-day period starting from the selected start date. You may start the offer immediately or on a more convenient date of your choice.

 

3. Availabulity and Booking
All classes are subject to availability. “Unlimited” access does not guarantee a space in any particular class. LoveYour.Studio’s booking, cancellation, and no-show policies apply at all times.

 

4. Non-transferability
The Welcome Offer is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased it. Sharing or resale is not permitted.

 

5. Refunds
Refunds are only permitted prior to the start date of the Welcome Offer. Once the Welcome Offer start date has commenced, no refunds, extensions, or suspensions will be granted.

 

6. Changes to the offer
LoveYour.Studio reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or replace the Welcome Offer at any time  and any amendment shall not entitle the purchaser to another Welcome Offer in a different form.

 

7. Supplementary Terms
These terms are supplementary to LoveYour.Studio’s Member Terms & Conditions. All participants remain subject to those terms, studio rules, and health & safety requirements. In the event of conflict, the Member Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

 

Monthly Membership and Class Pack Terms and Conditions

1. Monthly Memberships

1.1 Rolling Monthly Basis
Monthly memberships operate on a rolling monthly basis and do not have a fixed minimum term unless otherwise stated.

 

1.2 Payments
Membership fees are charged monthly in advance on the payment date selected at the time of purchase. By purchasing a monthly membership, you authorise LoveYour.Studio to take recurring monthly payments until the membership is amended or cancelled.

 

1.3 Managing Your Membership
Members may manage, amend, or cancel their monthly membership via the Fit by Wix app, subject to the Studio’s published notice periods and policies.

 

1.4 Amendments & Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Charges already taken are non-refundable.

 

1.5 Unused Classes
Where a monthly membership includes a defined number of classes, unused classes do not roll over to the next billing period.

2. Class Packs

2.1 Validity Period
Class packs are valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase, as displayed within the Fit by Wix app (typically six months from the start date).

 

2.2 Use of Classes
Classes must be used within the validity period. Any classes remaining at the end of the validity period will automatically expire.

 

2.3 Non-Rollover
Unused classes cannot be rolled over, extended, paused, or transferred, regardless of attendance, illness, holidays, or other circumstances.

 

2.4 Availability & Booking
Use of class packs is subject to class availability and the Studio’s booking, cancellation, and no-show policies.

 

2.5 Non-Transferability
Class packs are personal to the purchaser and may not be shared or transferred.
