Anyone with a steady personal practice who wants to go deep into breath, stillness and self-reflection — whether you already teach yoga or you're a committed practitioner ready for the next step inward.

The next cohort starts Saturday 31 October 2026 and runs for 12 months. We meet one Saturday a month, 10am–4pm, in-studio in Farnborough (with the option to join online if you can't travel). Between Saturdays you'll have recorded guidance, a short daily personal practice, and assignments to keep the work alive.

Around 3–5 hours a week between modules — a short daily personal practice (~30 minutes), plus recorded teachings, reflection and assignments. Plus the monthly Saturday in-studio. The course is paced so it sits alongside a working life.

You'll have a personal practice that has opened the door to genuine self-understanding, and the skills to ...lead breath work, hold space for deep guided relaxation (sometimes called Yoga Nidrā), and offer subjects of self-reflection drawn from both yogic philosophy and modern thinking.

No. A 200h teaching qualification is welcome but not required. What we need is a regular personal practice, genuine interest in breath and contemplation, and willingness to commit to twelve Saturdays. The short interview is how we confirm the fit.
