Overview: Yoga Ārambha – Gentle Foundations is designed for those who want a slower, low-intensity class without repeated floor-to-standing transitions or any kneeling postures. The sequence flows from lying to standing, then to seated, finishing with deep relaxation — offering a balanced experience for mobility, flexibility, and calm. Using traditional Jattis (joint exercises) and Kriyas (cleansing movements), this class supports joint health, gentle strength, and mindful breathing. What to Expect: - Gentle mobility and posture work, starting lying down and ending seated. - Simple standing postures without kneeling or frequent up-and-down changes. - Focus on joint health, circulation, and breathing. - Relaxation to close, leaving you refreshed and at ease. Who It’s For: - Those seeking gentle, steady-paced yoga without high physical demand. - Practitioners who prefer minimal floor-to-standing transitions. - Beginners or those returning after a long break. Requirements: - Ability to get up and down from the floor once in the session. - No prior yoga experience required.
