What’s been happening at LoveYour.Studio

It has been a full and beautiful season at LoveYour.Studio in Farnborough, and there is a lot to share. This is the latest from the studio: new teachers, café experiments, workspace developments, therapy arrivals, accessible classes, Teacher Training deadlines, and a little personal news too.

New teachers from Foundation Teacher Training

First, heartfelt congratulations to Amy, Cathy and Louise, who have completed their Foundation Teacher Training at LoveYour.Studio.

Our New teachers from our Teacher Training., congratulations

By month four they were already teaching full classes, and now each of them has built a portfolio strong enough to design a beginner class, a calm class, a movement and posture‑based class, and a dynamic flow.

The feedback they gave speaks directly to what this school is trying to do. They said that the theory was the cherry on top, and they are quite right.

A good course is never only about moving through shapes. It is designed to help trainees become stronger in their own confidence, steadier in their yoga practice, and clearer within themselves as teachers and as people.

This is a wholehearted shout‑out to Amy, Cathy and Louise. Their classes are already on the LoveYour.Studio schedule because there is confidence in what they teach, because they each bring their own unique magic, and because this studio is family. Support will stay around them as their journeys as teachers unfold.

Café pilot and workspace progress

LoveYour.Cafe, our small health based cafe at the studio

There has been movement in every corner of Kingsmead. The LoveYour.Cafe pilot was a success, and sincere thanks go to everyone who came to test the food, the coffee machine and the payment system. The team has now got the hang of it.

The next step is refinement. Fresh Saturday bakes are planned to return in September, alongside the same simple and grounding café offer: decaf coffee, oat milk and homemade gluten‑free cakes and fermented salads. Just a calm corner for members, trainees and visitors to pause.

Alongside this, the workspace area is receiving its final touches of paint and decoration. Facilitators are already interested in using the space for evening workshops, which says a great deal about what the studio is becoming.

It is not only a room for yoga. It is an enabling space for practice, therapy, conversation, creativity and community.

Culture, funding and accessible classes

Loveday Singers perform at th studio. We are bringing culture to our studio too

There is more to celebrate behind the scenes. Hampshire Cultural Trust is working with the studio to develop its artistic side, and funding will be explored through CIC sister company LoveYour.Support to bring more arts, music and movement into the space.

The studio is already providing space through Culture Connect, and artists are being supported as they develop their shows. Funding has also been secured to help bring accessible yoga classes to people in Rushmoor who cannot easily afford them or who are looking for a supported way to become more active.

For a first year, it is hard not to feel anything other than gratitude. The vision of an affordable, sustainable and cultural yoga space is not staying on paper. It is being built step by step.

Therapists, activation and enabling space

The wider professional community around the studio is growing. Aggie and Beth have joined as therapists, Lara has joined as an Ayurveda therapist, and Inna is now offering Kundalini Activation sessions. More practitioners are enquiring all the time.

This is exactly the direction the studio has always hoped for: a space where different forms of support, healing and development sit side by side, held with integrity and rooted in clear practice rather than one‑off trends. LoveYour.Studio is quietly becoming a place where people can work on body, breath, mind and everyday life in one building.

Affordable classes: £5 in‑studio and £3 online

Affordability is not an abstract idea here. It is built into the timetable. LoveYour.Studio now offers classes at £5 drop‑in during the day, with sessions running between 10:30 am and 3:45 pm so people have a lower‑cost way to stay connected to practice.

For those who would rather not leave home, online classes are available with a £3 join‑in fee. The promise has always been to make yoga affordable while also keeping the studio sustainable. That balance matters, and these prices are part of how it is delivered.

August schedule: a gentle pause

In August the studio schedule will be slightly reduced. Marcio is taking some time to be with his family and his new partner. After ten years of feeling he was not enough, he finally surrendered to the gentle chaos of Cupid and let love in. The studio will continue to hold steady practice through the month, but with a calmer rhythm and fewer classes while he steps back a little to live what he teaches.

Teacher Training: deadlines and pathways

Alongside all of this, Teacher Training continues to move forward, and the Early Yogi deadline is close.

  • Foundation 200h — Early Yogi £1,800 until 31 July 2026, then £2,000 after. 15 places. Starts September 2026.

  • Integrative 500h — Early Yogi £3,200 until 31 July 2026, then £3,600 after. Starts Saturday 12 September 2026.

  • “Yogic Breath & Yogic Mindfulness” 100h — £1,800, held on the second weekend of the month with Deepika Giri, offering a path rooted in breath, attention and a steadier nervous system.

LoveYour.Studio is one of the very few schools in the country that offers a coherent ladder of Teacher Training: Foundation, Advanced & Therapeutic Integrative, and other focused courses such as “Yogic Breath”. All of them are designed to be relevant in the real world, employable, and rooted in original knowledge rather than surface‑level trends.

For anyone who has been considering a teaching path or a deeper study path, this is a strong moment to step in before the Early Yogi discounts close.

Out and about: World Yoga Festival

One final note for the wider yoga family. Some of the main teachers from LoveYour.Studio will be at the World Yoga Festival in the Reading/Henley area. Anyone heading there is warmly invited to keep an eye out for Jnandev and Deepika, two much‑loved teachers whose presence has shaped so much of what happens in and around the studio.

LoveYour.Studio is still young, but it is already showing what can happen when practice, teaching, affordability, therapy, food, culture and community are allowed to grow together. That is what has been happening lately, and there is plenty more still to come.

It's surprising how the 9 months of teacher training just flew past. We all left with a real sense of achievement and very emotional.

Huge thanks to our teachers Jnandev and Marcio, for their support, kindness, patience and wisdom.
