LoveYour.Support is a Community Interest Company based in Farnborough. We deliver accessible programmes across wellbeing, mental health, music, arts, culture and community connection — for residents of Rushmoor of all ages and backgrounds. Our work spans gentle movement and yoga, drumming circles and sound, heritage crafts, cultural celebration events, and quiet drop-in spaces for conversation and human connection. We are not-for-profit and asset-locked: every pound raised is reinvested in community programmes.

LoveYour.Support CIC is registered with the CIC Regulator. Our assets and any surplus are locked into community benefit — they cannot be distributed to directors or shareholders.
Rooted in Rushmoor
We deliver from a permanent venue in central Farnborough, hire local facilitators, and design our programmes around the specific needs of Rushmoor's residents.
Built around dignity and belonging.
Programmes are free or low-cost at the point of delivery, multilingual where it matters, and designed so people who feel on the margins can take part with ease — whether through movement, music, art, conversation or shared celebration.
Who the programme supports
The Roots & Belonging Programme is designed for, and welcomes:

Older residents (65+), especially those living alone

People with physical disabilities or limited mobility

Residents from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, including Rushmoor's Nepali community (the largest in England)

Young people aged 16–25 not currently in employment or education

Residents experiencing isolation or facing mental health challenges

Families looking for affordable, inclusive community activities
