Gut health is the foundation of overall wellbeing—affecting everything from digestion and immunity to mood and energy levels.

Our gut-health-focused approach includes fermented foods rich in probiotics (like kombucha, kefir, and cultured vegetables), prebiotic-rich ingredients that feed beneficial gut bacteria, fibre-rich whole foods, anti-inflammatory spices and herbs, and minimal processed ingredients.

We prioritise organic, locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.

We aim at partnering with local farmers and suppliers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. While not every ingredient can be sourced locally (like certain spices and superfoods), we carefully select suppliers who meet our high standards for ethical sourcing, quality, and nutritional value.

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old holistic healing system from India that emphasises balance between mind, body, and spirit.

In Ayurveda, food is medicine, and eating according to your unique constitution (dosha) promotes optimal health. We incorporate Ayurvedic principles by using warming spices like ginger and turmeric, balancing the six tastes (sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, astringent) in our dishes, offering seasonal menu items aligned with nature's rhythms, and including dosha-balancing options.

Many of our menu items are labeled with their Ayurvedic properties to help you choose foods that support your individual needs.
