  • Fill out the short registration form
    Tell us your name, email, and where you work.

  • Sign up to our website or download our app
    This lets you view the schedule, book your classes, and manage your account.

  • Wait for a quick approval
    We take security very serious, therefore we manually approve all members. Prove you are human! 

  • Your 3-Class Welcome Pack will be allocatedBook your first class; Choose "pay In Person"; come to class and we will do the checks. Bring your ID. 

  • For your Class!
    Bring a mat (or use ours), wear comfy clothes, and enjoy a session made for real bodies and busy lives.
