Do I need to be flexible to start?

Absolutely not! Flexibility is something you build, not something you need to bring. Our teachers offer modifications for every body and every level.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable clothing you can move in. We have mats, blocks, and props—just bring yourself and an open mind. (And maybe a water bottle!)

I've never done yoga before. Which class is best for me?

Start with Yoga Arambha (our beginner class), Chair Yoga, or Yoga Sukham (gentle flow). Still unsure? Just ask—we love helping people find their fit.

What if I can't make it to all 30 days?

No worries! This isn't about perfection. Come as often as you can—even once a week makes a difference. Your pass is valid for 30 consecutive days.

Can I try different types of classes?

Yes! That's the beauty of unlimited access. Explore everything from gentle movement to stronger practices, meditation, and even mantra chanting.

You get 3 hours of free parking at The Meads Multi-story Car Park—plenty of time for class and maybe a tea at our Sāmata Health Bar after.

Choose from convenient options to make regular appointments easy and affordable. We offer pre-paid packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions, or opt for a monthly subscription with 1 or 2 appointments per month to keep up your routine with simplicity.
