Assume good intent, be generous with encouragement, and remember we all started somewhere. Disagree gently and privately if needed.

Post in the topic that fits (Introductions, Teaching work & cover, Sequences & resources, Questions for teachers, Workshops, CPD & events, Celebrations) so everyone can follow what matters to them.
Keep cohort chat in your WhatsApp group
Day-to-day chat for your year (logistics, reminders, 'what page was that?') belongs in your cohort's WhatsApp group. This space is for what's useful across the years.
Consent for photos and videos
Only share photos or videos of people who have agreed, and never of students in your classes without their permission.
No medical advice
Share experience and ideas, but don't diagnose or give medical advice. Suggest speaking to a GP or health professional instead.
Promote thoughtfully
Your classes, workshops and teaching opportunities are welcome in 'Teaching work & cover' and 'Workshops, CPD & events'. Please ask before promoting anything else.
