About The Event
Join Kat for a weekly Gong & Tibetan Singing Bowls Sound Bath in our Big Studio.
A sound bath is a chance to lie back, get comfortable and let the deep tones of the gong and singing bowls wash over you. It's time just for you, to move from busy and stressed into rest.
People often tell us they leave feeling calmer, lighter and more rested, and many say they sleep better afterwards.
New to sound baths? You're very welcome. Simply wear comfortable clothes, bring a blanket if you like, lie back and let the sounds do the work. Mats and bolsters are provided.
Tuesdays, 8–9pm: 17 and 24 November, 1, 8, 15 and 22 December.
