About The Event
Our Foundation 200h teacher training starts on Sunday 27 September. Potentially interested? Come and see what a day of it actually feels like.
The doors open at 8am and you are welcome to arrive whenever suits you, stay for an hour or stay for the whole day. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to sign.
Satsanga — sitting with Yogachariya Jnandev Giri, our senior teacher and the lead of the programme. This is where the theory lives: what yoga actually is, where the practices come from, and what they are for. Two sittings across the day.
The Asana Lab — the working hours. Anatomy and how the body really moves, pranayama, relaxation, how to sequence a class, and how to stand up and deliver a practice to real people. This is the part most people are surprised by.
