Service Description
Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice where you relax into poses for around 3–5 minutes, gently targeting the deep connective tissues of the body such as fascia, ligaments and joints rather than just the surface muscles. This unhurried style invites you to soften, use props for support and surrender to stillness, which can release long-held tension, improve mobility and soothe the nervous system. The class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners – no flexibility required, only curiosity and a willingness to slow down. Expect to leave feeling looser through the body and more deeply rested in both mind and mood.
