1:30pm Meet us for a drink and a small, healthy snack 

2:00pm Sound Healing session - Charlotte from Rebel Sound Healing relaxing you through her tibetan bowls

3:15pm Yoga Sthira (Calm) class - restorative class. A few poses focusing on the breath to tune into the body and mind. 

4:15pm Break for smoothy

4:30pm Mindfulness and meditation

While enjoying your calm Spring equinox, your kids will have plenty of supervised activities. They will take the winter decorations down and create flowers made from nylon for the new Intentions Tree. There will also be opportunity for them to draw, play games and learn the art of origami. They will also have their own Yoga postures to take home.
