We are honoured to welcome Silent Storms, a local charity dedicated to mental health and wellbeing, into our studio for this special evening.
This Drumming Circle for Wellbeing & Meditation offers a guided, accessible experience using rhythm and sound as tools for grounding, expression, and mindful awareness. No musical experience is required — just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Drums are provided, and you are very welcome to bring your own of any style. You may choose to play actively throughout the session or simply sit back, listen, and receive the vibrations. There is no pressure to perform and no “right way” to take part.
