Service Description
Hathenas is a traditional sequence passed down by our teachers — a therapeutic practice built around lung capacity, recovery, and the rhythm of the breath. Slower than the curriculum classes, structured around named pranayama techniques, and designed to be practised regularly. What to expect: seated breath work, gentle posture sequence, traditional pranayama (alternate nostril, ujjayi, kapalabhati), restful close. Where this sits on our 1-9 scale. Hathenas is Level 2-3 — accessible if you can sit comfortably on the floor or a chair, deepens with regular practice. 58PLUS members receive a discounted rate.
