Service Description

Restore & Sound is the most rest most people get all week. Long supported postures, blankets and bolsters, then a closing sound bath with singing bowls. Bring a friend who needs sleep. Level 1-3 on our 1-9 scale — fully accessible, no movement experience needed.

We understand that circumstances change, therefore, we do not have a cancellation timing. If you know you will not make it, cancel as soon as possible so your spot is made available to other students. WAITING LIST If you are on the waiting list, come in anyway.
