Yesterday, Tatiana baked the first itens in our oven.

This lunch time we just had our very first inspection.

Though not required, we would have a 4 rating - we are just missing some paper work! Fabulous! 🙌🏽

So, it is official, we can start! Soft launch on the 18th & 19th July for our Samata Bar with gluten free and vegetarian gut friendly item.
