We are very pleased to present you with our teacher training, where you will learn the foundation to become a Yoga Teacher.

Don't be filled by the name, though! You will learn more than in other places.

​

We are associated with a living tradition (Gitananda Tradition). Therefore, we bring you modern but also ancient learning, which is proven to be more relevant than ever - many of the therapies are now adopted by big organisations like the NHS and widely used in physiotherapy and counselling.

What you will learn:

• Pranayama - Energy and breathing
• Hatha Yoga - Yoga's physical practices: Sequencing different styles of yoga classes for different audiences and purposes
• Guided Visualisations, Relaxations and more
• Mantra and Bhajan - therapy through music, sound and devotion
• Karma and Raja Yoga Theory and  Personal Development
