Service Description
Kriyā II keeps the breath in the driver's seat but lifts the tempo. Sequences are longer, transitions cleaner, the room a little warmer by halfway through. Bring water. What to expect: full sun salutations, longer standing sequences, a peak posture, considered cool-down. Where this sits on our 1-9 scale: Flow in Motion is Level 3-6 — you can hold the basic shapes and you're ready to link them into flow. £5 for everyone, thanks to Be Active Hampshire helping keep active living accessible across the county.
