Create / Log in to your account
We’ll invite you to log in. Once approved, you’ll receive a Space Renter pass on your account. -
Book your slot online
When approved, you’ll see our private Space Booking Page with live availability and secure payment.Button (for approved users): Go to Space Booking

Get confirmation & arrival info
You’ll receive email/SMS with access instructions, setup times, and our quick check-out list.
Good to know

Setup/Clear-down: please allow time within your booked slot.

Noise & neighbours: keep music/sound at considerate levels.

Safety: no open flames/aerosols; keep exits clear; report issues ASAP.

Insurance: external teachers/practitioners must hold relevant insurance.
