Workplace Wellbeing Isn’t Optional Anymore
Your team’s health affects everything — from daily performance to long-term retention.
✅ Burnout, low morale, and poor posture aren’t just uncomfortable — they’re costing UK businesses billions every year in lost productivity and health-related absence.
✅ According to Deloitte (2023), mental health issues alone cost UK employers over £50 billion annually.
✅ The NHS recommends 2.5 hours of moderate exercise weekly — but most staff don’t come close.
Our workplace wellbeing programs are designed to:
-
Reduce stress and anxiety through guided breathing and nervous system resets
-
Improve posture and energy for sedentary, desk-based teams
-
Boost team morale and connection with inclusive, all-level sessions
-
Increase productivity and focus through regular mental and physical recalibration
This isn’t a luxury.
It’s the foundation for a healthier, more engaged workforce.

Founded in 2018 on Lynchford Road in Farnborough, Yoga1 Studios began as a haven for those seeking the transformative power of yoga. In our first year, we proudly offered over 30 classes weekly, creating a vibrant community where people came together to practice, learn, and grow. However, like many, we faced unexpected challenges when the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to close our doors. The global crisis brought uncertainty and hardship, but it also taught us patience, perseverance, and the value of community. It took time to recover, rebuild, and find a new home that could once again serve the needs of our practitioners. Today, Yoga1 Studios has evolved into many branches, one being LoveYour.Studio, our new location in Farnborough. With renewed energy and an even deeper commitment to our mission, we now offer a wide range of yoga classes, therapeutic treatments, and community spaces designed to inspire balance and belonging. Our studio is more than a physical space—it’s a sanctuary built on resilience, love, and the shared dedication to personal growth. We invite you to join us in celebrating this exciting new chapter and to become part of a community where wellness and connection thrive. For inquiries, email hello@loveyour.studio or call +447401101163. Visit the website for more information and to explore the various offerings available.
Absolutely.
By graduation you’ll be sequencing your own classes with confidence and authenticity. In the Foundation Course this means designing safe, engaging classes from beginner to general levels; in the Advanced & Therapeutic pathways you’ll go further, creating practices for a wide range of needs and abilities.
Foundation is a 9‑month programme running on Sundays; Advanced & Personal Development is integrated over around 2 years and runs on Saturdays.
Each includes weekly practice and study materials to work through at home, so when we meet on course days it’s all about practice, discussion, and enjoying the learning together. Modules are paced across weekends to allow for deep learning and integration.
A Weekly Journey Through Devotional Music
Discover the power of Kirtan in our weekly class, where ancient mantras meet collective energy. This immersive session introduces the fundamentals of call-and-response chanting, explores the meanings behind the mantras, and invites participants to connect deeply with themselves and the group through sound and rhythm.
Yoga Alliance Professionals recommends about two years of regular practice before starting teacher training — so you come in grounded, mentally aware, and with the strength and suppleness to engage fully in the practices.
We also welcome dedicated newcomers, provided they bring curiosity, a will to learn, and a genuine love for the practice. This way, students join with the right expectations and are more likely to enjoy the journey rather than feel disappointed.
Our In-House Music Policy:
Our in-house classes are conducted in the traditional way—mauna (silence) or with minimal background sounds such as:
The soothing vibrations of a Raagini Tanpura Machine.
Our own in-house recordings of calming sounds and traditional Bhajans.
This approach reflects our commitment to creating a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere within the studio.
Independent Teacher Choices:
Our teachers are independent professionals and may choose to incorporate music into their classes if they wish. If they do, they are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate music licenses.
No Music in Shared Spaces:
To maintain a pleasant and serene environment, we follow a no-music policy in our shared spaces. If you’d like to listen to music during your visit, that’s absolutely fine—just use your headphones so as not to disturb others. This way, everyone can enjoy their experience in their own way.
At LoveYour.Studio, we focus on yoga for real life—for the everyday student navigating the joys and challenges of modern living.
Our approach is grounded, practical, and designed to support your personal development while respecting your individuality and life circumstances.
1. A Space for Personal Growth
Our emphasis is on personal development, not spiritual theatrics or extremes. Yoga, for us, is a tool for building resilience, finding balance, and cultivating inner peace—not for exorcisms, levitation, or searching for magic powers. We’re here for people who want to better themselves and their lives in meaningful, achievable ways.
2. Living Yoga, Not Escaping Life
We celebrate the householder—the parent, the worker, the student, the individual juggling life’s responsibilities. Yoga doesn’t need to be practiced in a temple to be effective; it can be woven into the fabric of everyday life, helping you navigate the ups and downs with grace and strength.
3. Grounded in Legal and Ethical Standards
We operate in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. That means we offer a safe, inclusive, and legally compliant environment where yoga and wellness practices are accessible to everyone. Our goal is to support you without imposing rigid dogmas or extreme ideologies.
4. No Brainwashing or Extremes
We are not here to enforce hard veganism, deny science, or preach absolutes. We respect your choices and aim to empower you with knowledge and techniques to make balanced decisions for your health and well-being. We believe in open minds, critical thinking, and a sense of humour along the way.
5. Joyful, Simple Living
Life is meant to be enjoyed, not endured. Our studio is for normal, everyday people who want to feel better, move better, and live better. Yoga is a tool to enhance your life, not to complicate it or turn it into a race for unattainable ideals.
A Modern Approach to an Ancient Practice
LoveYour.Studio is a place for personal exploration, growth, and connection. We’re here to make yoga accessible and relevant for you, meeting you where you are in life—not asking you to change everything about it.

What's not to love about our studio?
Counselling is a collaborative process where you explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges in a safe, supportive, and structured environment. It’s an opportunity to gain insight into patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and create strategies for a more fulfilling life.
At LoveYour.Studio, counselling is not just about reflection—it’s about transformation. Whether you need emotional support, personal clarity, or tools to navigate change, counselling provides the space for meaningful growth.
For many, yoga begins as a physical practice—a way to stretch, strengthen, and find calm in a busy world. And for some, that might be enough. But yoga offers so much more for those who are curious. It is a holistic system that encompasses not only the body but also the mind and spirit.
At LoveYour.Studio, we aim to provide glimpses of yoga’s transformative power. Through quiet sitting, physical practice, guided visualizations, and the care and empathy we share, we invite you to experience yoga as a tool for self-realisation and personal growth.
Rooted in ancient Indian traditions, yoga provides tools to navigate life’s challenges with grace and insight. It is more than exercise—it is education for the self, offering modules of discovery and growth, just like a school for the body, mind, and personality or spirit if you are receptive. While deeper engagement often comes from personal development programs or teacher training, these glimpses can inspire a deeper exploration.
At its core, yoga teaches us to connect—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. It is a path of discovery that invites us to explore our potential, cultivate inner peace, and embrace the transformative journey of life.
Dive deeper into the yoga poses that inspire curiosity, strength, and growth.
Our In-House Workshops are designed to explore the postures we all love—from the simplest basics to the most complex variations you’re ready to tackle.
These workshops are open to all levels, offering modifications and progressions that ensure everyone can participate. Whether you’re a beginner looking to build confidence or an advanced yogi aiming to refine your practice, this is your day to explore, learn, and challenge yourself in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Each week, we focus on a specific posture theme—arm balances, inversions, backbends, standing balances, and more—guiding you through techniques, alignment tips, and the tools you need to take your practice to the next level.
Join us for a time of discovery, connection, and fun as we celebrate the magic of yoga postures together!

At LoveYour.Studio, we are proud to follow the teachings of the Gitananda Tradition, established by the revered Dr. Swami Gitananda Giri. This tradition is rooted in the comprehensive practice of yoga’s eight limbs (Ashtanga Yoga), as described by Patanjali, and emphasises a strong foundation in breathwork (pranayama), mindfulness, and self-discipline (tapas).
Today, the Gitananda lineage continues to thrive under the leadership of Amaji and Dr. Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani, who carry forward the paramparā with dedication and wisdom. Dr. Ananda’s dual expertise as a doctor of medicine and a yoga teacher bridges ancient wisdom with modern understanding, offering perspectives that resonate with the complexities of contemporary life. His ability to contextualise yoga’s teachings in a practical and accessible way has inspired countless practitioners worldwide.
Our Perspective
While deeply respectful of the Gitananda Tradition’s spiritual roots, we at LoveYour.Studio recognise that many of us are not on a monastic or deeply religious path. Instead, we embrace the practical, actionable knowledge this tradition offers—tools that we can use to improve ourselves and the world around us.
The Gitananda Tradition’s structured approach provides a practical philosophy that integrates the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. It offers profound lessons on resilience, self-awareness, and growth, all of which deeply resonate with our mission. For us, it’s about finding wisdom we can live by—practices and insights that empower us to navigate modern life with clarity and purpose while honouring the timeless essence of yoga.
Our research requires consistency in practice to measure progress accurately. Monthly Memberships provide regular access to classes, which allows us to track your wellness journey over a set period. Multi-Class Packs, while flexible, may lead to irregular attendance, which could distort our findings.
LoveYour.Studio is more than just a space for yoga and wellness—it’s the next chapter in the story of Yoga1 Studios, a story of resilience, renewal, and community.
Like so many, Yoga1 faced its share of challenges during uncertain times. But from those trials, a new vision was born—a vision rooted in transformation and the belief that wellness is essential for all.
Through LoveYour.Studio, we’re not just reopening our doors; we’re reimagining what a yoga studio can be. This is a place where you can grow, connect, and find balance—whether through the rhythm of movement, the stillness of reflection, or the simple joy of being present.
Every detail of LoveYour.Studio reflects our commitment to you: a space built on the lessons of the past, infused with hope for the future, and dedicated to your journey of well-being and self-discovery.
Learn more about our story and vision on the Our Studio page.
Mats in Our Studio:
Yes, mats are already placed in our studio for your convenience.
You’re welcome to layer your own mat on top for added cushioning, especially for sensitive knees.
Alternatively, you can bring a yoga towel to cover our mat for extra comfort and hygiene.
Towels for Hire:
If you don’t bring your own towel, we have them available for hire to ensure you have everything you need for your practice.
Hygiene and Comfort:
While our mats are cleaned thoroughly, along with the studio floor, up to five times a day, we highly recommend investing in your own mat or yoga towel.
Using your own mat or towel not only adds a personal touch to your practice but also provides an additional layer of cleanliness and comfort tailored to your needs.
For frequent practitioners, owning a mat ensures long-term hygiene and familiarity, which can enhance your overall experience.
Five Core Sequences: Arambha, Sukham, Kriyā, Āsana, and Vīrya.
Pranayama, Mudras & Relaxation: ~14 pranayamas, ~24 mudras, ~7 relaxations.
Sequencing Skills: How to design safe, inclusive classes—from gentle to vinyasa flow.
Anatomy Basics: Functional understanding of the spine, hips, shoulders, breath, and how yoga works in the body.
Yoga Philosophy: Patanjali’s Sutras (obstacles, states, modifications, attitudes), Eight Limbs of Yoga, Yamas & Niyamas.
Teaching Skills: Inclusive language, adjustments with consent, use of props.
Ethics & Professionalism: Scope of practice, referrals, and starting a small yoga business.
Many quick trainings focus mostly on anatomy and postures, and may brush over philosophy—if they touch it at all—leaving students deprived of the essence of yoga, which is becoming a more resilient and grounded person in the world. We are also concerned that short, intensive courses abroad may not give enough time to truly build character or change habits.
At LoveYour.Studio we take a different approach: our Foundation Course builds solid knowledge and prepares you to teach with confidence, while our Advanced and Personal Development pathways dive deep into self‑enquiry, personality, and character through advanced practices and philosophy. Our training is powerful, insightful, complete, and transformative—rooted in traditional Sanatan & Gitananda knowledge, expanded by modern research, and enriched with practical applications (many now recommended by the NHS).

Our Mission:
At LoveYour.Studio, we honour the ancient wisdom of yoga while embracing the inclusivity and innovation of modern practices. Our mission is to create an accessible, welcoming space where everyone—regardless of background or ability—can embark on a transformative journey toward physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional equanimity.
Our Values:
1. Equanimity: A Balanced Approach to Wellness
We nurture a balanced state of being by blending ancient traditions with modern psychology and science. Our holistic approach fosters growth in body, mind, and soul.
2. Accessibility: Wellness Without Barriers
Yoga is for everyone. We ensure our studio, pricing, and offerings are inclusive, removing barriers to make wellness accessible to all, regardless of ability or experience.
3. Environmental Responsibility: Yoga for the Planet
Our commitment to sustainability reflects yoga’s foundational principles of harmony and respect. From eco-conscious materials to energy-efficient operations, we strive to protect our planet.
4. Community Connection: Building Relationships Beyond the Mat
LoveYour.Studio is more than a yoga space—it’s a hub for shared growth and meaningful connection. Through workshops, support circles, and events, we foster a sense of belonging and mutual support.
5. Personal Development: Supporting Self-Discovery
We believe yoga is a tool for self-empowerment. Our studio is a safe space for introspection, discovery, and growth, helping you develop physical strength, mental resilience, and emotional clarity.
6. Career Development: Growing Together
We invest in our teachers and staff by providing opportunities for ongoing learning, growth, and collaboration, creating a vibrant and thriving yoga community.
A Space for All
At LoveYour.Studio, we celebrate diversity, honour individuality, and encourage everyone to embrace their unique path. Together, we create a welcoming, supportive environment where every student, teacher, and community member feels valued, seen, and inspired.
Yes.
In the Foundation everything is very practical, serving as an introduction to more advanced practices and philosophy.
If you progress into our Advanced Courses, you’ll see how ancient teachings are adapted to modern life and discussed in fields like psychology, sports science, and sociology. In the case of philosophy, you will explore mental, emotional, and character development — or spirit if you prefer.
Think of yoga as a university: you’ll move through its different departments and uncover practical techniques that support real‑life growth for yourself and others.
Celebrating Devotion Through Music
Join us every quarter for a special Kirtan & Bhajan evening. These heart-opening gatherings bring the community together to celebrate through song, creating a profound sense of connection and peace. Perfect for seasoned chanters and newcomers alike, these events are a highlight of our cultural calendar.
At LoveYour.Studio, we believe yoga extends beyond the physical—it’s a path of self-discovery and connection.
Inspired by the ancient wisdom of the Brahmavihāras (the four sublime attitudes), our workshops explore how these principles—Maitrī (loving-kindness), Karuṇā (compassion), Muditā (sympathetic joy), and Upekṣā (equanimity)—can transform our practice and our lives.
Each workshop is dedicated to one of these attitudes, offering a blend of yoga, mindfulness, and community connection. Whether through music, movement, reflection, or resilience-building, these sessions provide tools for personal growth and inner harmony.
1. Maitrī: Heart of Harmony
Celebrate Loving-Kindness Through Kirtan & Bhajan
Overview: In this uplifting workshop, explore Maitrī, the practice of loving-kindness—starting with yourself.
Through the uplifting practice of Kirtan and Bhajan, you’ll explore how music fosters connection, compassion, and joy. Chanting ancient mantras together creates a profound sense of community and opens the heart to kindness—toward ourselves and others.
Who It’s For: All levels; no musical experience needed.
Focus: Community, loving-kindness, and shared joy.
2. Muditā: Flow & Flourish
Cultivating Creativity, Joy, and Presence Through Yoga
Overview: Step into a space where creativity meets mindfulness in this uplifting workshop. Through flowing yoga sequences, expressive movements, and shared moments of joy, we celebrate the beauty of being present without the pressures of perfection. This session encourages self-expression, shared bliss (Mudita), and a sense of connection with others.
Together, we create an environment of mutual cheer and encouragement, where the focus is on the journey rather than the outcome. It’s not about seeking glory but embracing the simple joy of movement and creativity, all while sharing in the collective energy of the group.
Who It’s For: All levels; ideal for those seeking a playful, creative exploration of yoga and mindfulness.
Focus: Mind-body connection, positivity, shared joy (Mudita), and self-expression in a supportive environment.
3. Karuṇā: The Warrior Within
Building Resilience and Strength Through Yoga
Overview: In this empowering workshop, explore Karuṇā, the practice of compassion—starting with yourself.
Discover your inner warrior in this empowering workshop that blends yoga’s physical practices with an opportunity for emotional expression and connection. Through guided poses, breath-work, and reflective exercises, participants are invited to explore their inner strength and resilience.
This unique session offers a safe and supportive space for those who wish to share their feelings and experiences with others. As a group, we provide the gift of understanding and engagement, fostering a sense of community and connection. While not group therapy, elements of collective support and active listening are present, creating a space where vulnerability is met with respect and compassion.
Who It’s For: All levels; especially those seeking emotional resilience, connection, and support.
Focus: Compassion for self and others, emotional resilience, and strength-building.
Disclaimer: This workshop includes opportunities for participants to express their feelings and experiences openly. Please be aware:
Sharing and listening may evoke strong emotions, including distress or vulnerability.

By embracing acceptance within, you’ll uncover the strength to face life’s challenges with grace and composure.
Who It’s For: All levels; particularly helpful during times of change or emotional turbulence.
Focus: Equanimity, mindfulness, and inner peace.
Yes. After Advanced, you can continue with Therapeutic Yoga or other CPD trainings with us.
We are so confident in the richness of our materials and content that you’ll also be well prepared to thrive in other advanced courses if you choose to study with different teachers — our aim is to give you wings to fly wherever your yoga journey takes you.
At LoveYour.Studio, we are more than a space for yoga—we are a community where personal growth, respect, and connection take precedence over performance or appearances.
Here’s what we stand for:
1. Yoga as Personal Development
For us, yoga is not about how deep your backbend is or how many likes your pose gets on social media. It’s about your journey—connecting mind, body, and personality (or spirit) in a way that’s meaningful to you.
We celebrate progress in all its forms, whether it’s touching your toes for the first time or simply showing up on your mat.
2. Respect for All Paths
We welcome everyone to our studio, from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners, but we ask for one thing in return: respect.
Respect for fellow students, for our teachers, and for the practice itself. It’s not about who can twist into the most impressive shape—it’s about creating an atmosphere where everyone feels safe, supported, and encouraged.
3. Humility Over Showmanship
A weekend yoga course or a perfectly executed posture doesn’t make someone an expert. At LoveYour.Studio, we prioritise humility, continuous learning, and genuine service to others.
Our teachers are here to guide and support, not to showcase their talents. We expect the same ethos from our students—leave the ego at the door and embrace the joy of being a beginner, no matter how experienced you are.
4. A Place to Call Home
We want LoveYour.Studio to be a place where you feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly at home. It’s not about impressing others—it’s about being yourself, finding your own balance, and growing in a supportive environment.
Why It Matters
Yoga is a deeply personal practice, but it flourishes in the right community. By fostering an environment of respect, humility, and authenticity, we hope to create a space where everyone can thrive.
Our offerings are designed to support your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Here’s what you can look forward to: In-House Classes: Carefully curated to cater to all levels and goals. Therapeutic Yoga: Specialised classes for unique needs and challenges. Branded Yoga Classes: Global favourites, guest-led for variety and depth. Discover more on our Group Classes, Workshops & Events, and Private Sessions pages.
Depends on the course, Foundation's core learning is in person and being together is part of the transformation — building relationships and living the practices as a community. The Integrative is Online with a few gatherings for practice.
Some study resources are delivered online via our Programs platform, and in unforeseen emergencies a session may be joined online, but nothing replaces the value of sharing the moment in person.

Yoga often begins with a spark of curiosity, a personal need, or the pursuit of something greater. For many of us, it becomes a deeply personal journey, yet one that connects us to a larger community and purpose.
For me, as the founder of LoveYour.Studio, it all started with curiosity—and back pain. What began as a practical solution quickly transformed into something extraordinary. Within weeks, my back pain had disappeared, but I discovered so much more: the joy of being present in my practice, the warmth of like-minded individuals, and the inspiration to explore further.
That initial curiosity grew into a deep appreciation for India’s regional music, architecture, traditions, and history—including its complexities—and its philosophy, like yoga’s. Over time, yoga grew from a physical practice into a path of personal growth, helping me let go of anger, foster gratitude, and embrace self-love. It inspired a desire to do good, to self-actualise, and to share the transformative power of yoga with others.
Yoga has a way of teaching us about life. It invites us to learn about ourselves, our place in the universe, and the beauty of renewal that often comes from letting go. It is humbling, inspiring, and magical—a practice that helps us witness the extraordinary process of life and embrace its impermanence with grace.
At LoveYour.Studio, we celebrate this shared love for yoga—its ability to heal, connect, and inspire. Whether you’re just beginning or deepening your practice, we honour your unique journey and invite you to join us in embracing the magic of yoga together.
Change is not just about overcoming obstacles—it’s about evolving into a more aware, resilient, and fulfilled version of yourself.
✔ Exploration & Awareness – Understanding who you are and where you want to go. ✔ Challenging Assumptions – Examining old beliefs that may be holding you back. ✔ Defining Personal Goals – Clarifying what truly matters and taking meaningful steps toward it. ✔ Action & Reflection – Balancing deep self-inquiry with real-world strategies for growth.
Marcio guides clients through self-discovery, helping them see opportunities where they once saw limitations. His work is about empowering individuals to navigate life with wisdom and confidence.
The transformational Power of Sound
Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of Nada Yoga and Sound Healing. Using instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and the human voice, these events are designed to harmonise your inner and outer worlds, promoting deep relaxation and healing. Held quarterly or on special occasions, these are evenings of true serenity.
At LoveYour.Studio, we prioritise traditional, mindful yoga practices that respect the natural rhythms of your body and align with our values of safety, sustainability, and inclusivity.
While hot yoga has its benefits, here’s why we’ve chosen not to include it in our offerings:
1. Prioritising Body Safety
Hot yoga can lead to overstretching, dehydration, and other heat-related health risks. At LoveYour.Studio, we focus on creating a safe environment that promotes long-term well-being. Our classes are designed to challenge your body in a way that respects its limits, helping you grow without unnecessary strain.
2. Staying True to Tradition
Yoga, at its core, is about balance, breath, and mindfulness. By avoiding artificially heated environments, we honour the practice’s traditional roots and create space for authentic self-discovery.
3. Environmental Responsibility
Heating systems used in hot yoga consume a significant amount of energy. As a studio committed to sustainability, we make conscious choices to minimise our environmental footprint—ensuring that our practices benefit not only our clients but also the planet.
4. Alternative Options
We understand that some practitioners enjoy hot yoga, and there are wonderful studios nearby that specialise in it. At LoveYour.Studio, we offer a diverse range of classes, including dynamic flows like Yoga Vīrya and meditative practices like Yoga Sukham, ensuring a fulfilling experience without the need for extra heat.
Your Well-Being, Our Priority
Whether you’re seeking a gentle stretch, a vigorous workout, or a moment of quiet reflection, our carefully curated classes provide a variety of options to suit your needs—all within a comfortable and safe environment.
The studio doors open 15 minutes before class or other scheduled activities.
Before Class:
Arriving early gives you time to settle in and prepare for your practice.
If you’d like to chat, please stay in the reception or lounge area.
If you enter the studio early, be mindful that others may already be practicing quietly—keep interactions to a minimum.
Preparing for Class:
Remember, Sun Salutations are not warm-ups. Use the time before class to do your Jattis and begin bringing gentle movement to loosen your body.
Incorporate Kriyas to connect with your breath, especially if you’re attending a more advanced class like Yoga Asana or Yoga Vīrya. These pre-class preparations will enhance your practice.
If you’re attending a class like Yoga Kriya or other foundational practices, you’ll go through Jattis and Kriyas together with your teacher, so no pre-warm-up is necessary.
After Class:
You’re welcome to stay and catch up with friends or chat with the instructor in the reception or lounge area.
Yes.
You can do the Foundation, which introduces you to yoga philosophy and prepares you to teach if you choose to — so if you change your mind later, you’re fully equipped. If you already know you do not wish to teach, you can instead enrol directly in the Personal Development Course.
This is the same advanced philosophy material taught in the Advanced (Integrative) training, but without the teaching skills component. It is designed for those who want to go deep into yoga darshana (philosophical vision or perspective) and svadhyaya (self‑study) without preparing to teach.

Essentials to Bring:
A water bottle to stay hydrated.
A yoga mat or yoga towel (we recommend bringing your own, but towlers are available for hire).
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Mindset:
Come with a willingness to cultivate the Brahmavihara (Four Immeasurables):
Metta (Loving-Kindness): Develop goodwill toward yourself and others.
Karuna (Compassion): Embrace the ability to care deeply for yourself and others.
Mudita (Cheerfulness): Celebrate your progress and that of others.
Upekkha (Equanimity): Approach challenges with balance and calmness.
In yoga, Samadhi and Moksha are profound concepts, often explored by monks and scholars as ultimate states of enlightenment and liberation. At LoveYour.Studio, we believe these ideas can also resonate with those of us navigating daily life—not in their literal sense, but as small glimpses of joy, balance, and freedom that yoga helps us uncover.
Through the practice of yoga, many of us have found ways to better understand, accept, and even embrace the challenges life presents. As Patanjali describes in the Yoga Sutras, life’s obstacles—both external and internal—can be met with clarity and grace when we cultivate stillness and self-awareness.
Finding Joy in the Everyday: Yoga teaches us to notice and appreciate the beauty in all moments, whether they’re filled with happiness or tinged with difficulty. It invites us to find contentment not in perfection, but in presence.
Liberation Through Understanding: By helping us understand ourselves and our reactions, yoga frees us from patterns of thought that hold us back. This sense of liberation, even in small measures, can transform the way we see and experience the world.
A Path to Resilience: Yoga doesn’t promise to eliminate life’s challenges, but it offers tools to navigate them with steadiness and calm. In doing so, it fosters inner strength and a sense of harmony that transcends the ups and downs of daily living.
At LoveYour.Studio, we honour these teachings by creating a space where everyone can explore their own path to balance, growth, and freedom. Whether you’re seeking strength, clarity, or simply a moment of stillness, yoga offers a way to discover those small yet profound glimpses of Samadhi and Moksha in your own life.
Rooted in tradition but relevant for modern living.
Focus on personal transformation and connection, not just techniques.
A balance of theory, practice, and teaching skills.
Structured mentoring and supervised teaching.
Honest preparation for the real world: sequencing, inclusivity, professionalism, and business basics.

Please keep your devices in your bag or discreetly out of sight during class to avoid distractions.
While we love that you monitor your heart rate and log your practices, think carefully about whether you really need your smartwatch during class—some students have accidentally broken their smartwatches during practice.

Unlike passive therapy, Marcio’s sessions are interactive, thought-provoking, and designed for real change.
At LoveYour.Studio, we embrace the beauty of imperfection.
Our website isn’t perfect. Our studio isn’t perfect. And guess what? We’re not striving for perfection—we don’t need it, and neither do you.
Life is about finding joy, contentment, and growth in what we have, not in what we think we should be.
1. Good Enough Is Truly Enough
We believe that “good and exciting enough” is more than enough. If you’re looking for faults or flaws, we can save you the trouble of searching—they’re inside all of us. And that’s okay.
Instead of focusing on what’s missing, let’s focus on what we can share and create together: a space for growth, connection, and a little bit of happiness.
2. Not a Trillion-Dollar Service, But a Million Smiles
If you’re used to luxury experiences backed by endless resources, know that we’re not quite there yet—and that’s okay too. What we offer is heartfelt, sincere, and filled with care.
We’ve poured our love into every detail, and while it may not be perfect, it’s genuine. Take what we have, and we hope it brings comfort and a spark of joy.
3. Troubles? Let’s Talk About Them
If something isn’t quite right, we invite you to channel your yogic powers of patience, calmness, and understanding. Talk to us. Share your concerns. We’ll listen with open hearts and work to improve—just as we all strive to grow and evolve over time.
4. Gratitude and Growth
We are deeply content with what we’ve been given and the community we’re building. Together, with time, space, and love, we’ll continue to learn, improve, and find joy in the journey.
Thank you for being part of this adventure with us.
Let’s Grow Together
At LoveYour.Studio, we’re not chasing perfection—we’re living in the moment, embracing what’s real, and finding peace in the process. We hope you’ll join us.

At LoveYour.Studio, we embrace clarity and transparency—not just about what we offer, but also about what we are not. Here’s what you won’t find at our studio:
We Do Not Enforce Dogmas At LoveYour.Studio, yoga is about personal growth, exploration, and connection—not rigid rules or prescribed ideologies.
Respect for Individual Choices: While we promote yoga values and well-being practices, we understand that everyone is on their own unique path. You are welcome here whether or not you follow a specific diet, lifestyle, or tradition. We believe that your choices—whether it’s enjoying a glass of wine, having a cigar, or eating meat—do not define your ability to embrace yoga or its teachings.
A Space for All: Our studio is an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated, and individuality is respected. You are free to explore and grow in your own way without judgment or expectations.
Zero Tolerance for Disrespect: While we welcome diverse perspectives and practices, the only thing we cannot tolerate is disrespect toward others. LoveYour.Studio is a space for kindness, understanding, and collaboration. Disrespectful behavior has no place here.
By fostering a culture of openness and mutual respect, we ensure that everyone feels valued, safe, and inspired to grow—on and off the mat.
We Are Not Here to Convert Anyone At LoveYour.Studio, our goal is not to change your beliefs or values but to provide tools for self-discovery, physical well-being, and mental clarity.
A Non-Religious Approach to Yoga: While yoga has its roots in ancient spiritual traditions, our focus is on its practical application to modern life. We honour these traditions by exploring the concepts they represent, not as religious doctrines but as universal truths about the human experience.
Hindu Archetypes as Imagery and Symbols: When we reference Hindu archetypes, we use them as tools to understand and express facets of our personality and the deeper aspects of our nature. For example:
Ganesha represents overcoming obstacles.
Durga symbolizes inner strength and protection.
Lakshmi reflects abundance and the pursuit of a fulfilling life.
These archetypes serve as imagery to inspire reflection and self-discovery—not as religious mandates or calls to worship (in our studio).
A Personal Journey: Yoga at LoveYour.Studio is about empowering you to explore who you are, connect with your values, and grow in your own way. Whether you approach it as a physical practice, a mental discipline, or a journey of self-awareness, we provide the tools and space for you to decide what resonates.
Respect for Beliefs: We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs. Our studio is a place where diversity is celebrated, and everyone can feel safe and supported in their personal journey.
By embracing universal principles and symbols, we aim to make yoga accessible and meaningful for all, while respecting the individuality of every person who steps through our doors.
We Are Not a Temple
While we honour the spiritual roots of yoga, our focus is on the yoga as a science. Yoga at LoveYour.Studio is grounded in evidence-based principles that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
We provide a space for growth and learning without religious or spiritual obligations, respecting individual beliefs and welcoming everyone. This aligns with both our values of inclusivity and the legal framework of the UK, ensuring that LoveYour.Studio remains accessible and respectful to all.
We Are Not a Competitive Space
At LoveYour.Studio, yoga is a journey of connection and growth—not a contest of who can stretch further or hold a pose longer. Our studio is a judgment-free zone where everyone is encouraged to progress at their own pace.
Your Practice, Your Path: Yoga is deeply personal. We celebrate the individuality of each student’s practice and honour that growth looks different for everyone. Whether you’re mastering advanced poses or simply learning to breathe deeply, your journey is valid and valued.
A Focus on Connection: Yoga teaches us to connect—with ourselves, with others, and with the present moment. By fostering a culture of support and mutual respect, we create an environment where progress isn’t measured against others but experienced as part of a shared community.
No Room for Comparison: There is no “better” or “worse” in yoga. At LoveYour.Studio, we encourage mindfulness over measurement and effort over achievement. Progress is about how you feel, not how you look.
Supporting, Not Competing: We promote an atmosphere where students lift each other up rather than compare or compete. Your teacher's and neighbour’s pose isn’t a benchmark—it’s their expression of their journey. Let their energy inspire, not intimidate.
Judgment-Free Learning: Our teachers and staff are here to guide you with encouragement and compassion, not critique. Mistakes and challenges are seen as natural steps in the learning process, and everyone is encouraged to approach them with curiosity and patience.
Equanimity Through Yoga: True growth comes from cultivating balance and equanimity within yourself—not from comparing your achievements to others. At LoveYour.Studio, we support this process by providing a safe, inclusive space for personal exploration and development.
We Are Not Exclusive: Our doors are open to everyone. We celebrate diversity and welcome individuals of all abilities, backgrounds, and experiences.
We Are Not Focused Solely on the Physical: Yoga at LoveYour.Studio goes beyond the body. While we offer physical practices, we equally value mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
We Are Not a "One-Size-Fits-All" Studio: We recognise that everyone’s journey is unique. That’s why we offer a variety of practices, teaching styles, and support systems to meet diverse needs.

Our studio is a space of mindfulness, respect, and harmony. To ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone:
Leave Your Ego Outside:
Just like your shoes, your ego has no place inside the studio. This space is not about seeking attention—it’s about creating a shared experience for everyone.
Respect the Teacher’s Guidance:
Avoid offering adjustments, tips, or recommendations to others during class. Remember, you are not insured, and there is a teacher leading the session.
Some teachers may encourage autonomy in your practice, while others prefer a more structured approach. Be mindful and follow your teacher’s instructions to maintain the flow and harmony of the class.
Safety First:
Above all, prioritise your safety and well-being. While our teachers guide and support your practice, you must take responsibility for your body and limits.
Embrace the yogic value of owning responsibility and listen to your body to ensure a safe and fulfilling experience.
General Etiquette:
Speak softly in all common areas, and keep noise to a minimum in the practice rooms.
Be considerate of personal space, especially during group classes.
Keep the studio tidy by placing your belongings in designated storage areas.
Shoes are not allowed in practice spaces; please store them in the designated area.
After class, feel free to chat with friends or the instructor in the reception or lounge, not in the practice room.
Shoes Are Not Allowed:
To maintain cleanliness, respect, and harmony within our studio, shoes are not allowed inside the practice rooms or other spaces.
Where to Leave Shoes:
Please take your shoes off by the reception and place them neatly in the designated shoe area or on the item shelves provided. This helps keep our space organised and welcoming for everyone.
Bring Warm Socks or Embrace Being Barefoot:
For your activities, workspace, or time in the lounge, we encourage you to experience yoga the classical way—barefoot and connected to the earth… or your mat, or even the carpet!
Feel free to bring cosy socks if you prefer, especially during colder months.
This is your space to feel comfortable, grounded, and at ease, no matter how you choose to experience it.
Exceptions to the Rule:
Samata Bar & Yoga Shop Visits: If you’re grabbing a snack from our Samata Bar or buying our amazing yoga leggings, it’s okay to wear shoes by the reception.
However, if you decide to enjoy your snack elsewhere in the studio or put on your new yoga leggings to attend a class, you’ll need to take your shoes off before passing the reception area.
Medical Reasons: If you have a medical reason for needing footwear, please let us know in advance.
Special Events: For certain events, exceptions may be granted, but it’s likely we’ll all embrace the socks fashion trend!
Shoes inside not only bring dirt but can also disrupt the grounded, mindful energy we cultivate here. By honouring this simple tradition, we create a welcoming and respectful space for everyone to enjoy.

Private Yoga Sessions
Description:
Private yoga sessions offer a personalized approach to yoga practice, tailored specifically to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you are a beginner looking to build a strong foundation, an experienced yogi seeking to deepen your practice, or someone recovering from an injury, private sessions provide a one-on-one experience with a skilled instructor who can guide you on your individual yoga journey.
Why Consider Private Yoga Sessions:
Customised Practice: Private sessions allow for a yoga practice that is specifically designed for you. The instructor can adapt the sequences and postures to align with your fitness level, flexibility, strength, and any specific goals or concerns you have. This personalized approach ensures that each session is highly effective and supportive of your unique needs.
Personal Attention: In a private setting, the instructor can provide undivided attention, offering detailed guidance and hands-on adjustments to ensure proper alignment and technique. This focused attention helps to prevent injury, enhance your understanding of each pose, and accelerate your progress.
Flexibility and Convenience: Private yoga sessions offer flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to practice at a time and location that suits you best. Whether you prefer the comfort of your home, a studio, or even an outdoor setting, private sessions provide the convenience to fit yoga seamlessly into your lifestyle.
Goal-Oriented Approach: Whether your goal is to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, manage weight, or enhance overall well-being, private yoga sessions are tailored to help you achieve these specific objectives. The instructor will design a practice plan that targets your goals and regularly assess your progress, making adjustments as needed to keep you on track.
Enhanced Focus and Mindfulness: In a private session, you have the space and time to focus deeply on your practice without the distractions that might come in a group class setting. This enhanced focus allows for a more mindful and meditative experience, helping you connect more deeply with your body, breath, and inner self.
Support for Special Conditions: If you have specific health concerns, injuries, or conditions such as pregnancy, a private yoga session offers a safe and supportive environment where the practice can be modified to accommodate these needs. The instructor can provide specialized guidance and modifications to ensure your practice is both safe and effective.
Confidence Building: For those who may feel intimidated in a group class setting, private sessions provide a comfortable space to build confidence in your practice. The one-on-one instruction allows you to ask questions freely, receive personalised feedback, and develop a deeper understanding of yoga at your own pace.
By choosing private yoga sessions, you are investing in a practice that is entirely yours. This personalised experience not only enhances your physical health but also fosters a deeper connection to your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're looking to refine your practice or start your yoga journey with a strong foundation, private yoga sessions offer a unique opportunity to grow and evolve in a supportive, nurturing environment.

“Yoga is the science of the sciences. Yoga is an art, a philosophy, a religion, a fad and a fanaticism”
(Swami Gitananda)
The Meaning or definition of yoga depends on the individual person, according to their level of consciousness and evolution. Yoga can be simply described as the process to control the perception and the conceptions, which develop the conscious, rational thinking and viveka (discernment).
Yoga is one of most precious jewels of the Ancient Hindu ways of attaining liberation. Even then yoga is not concerned with religion. Yoga can help us to live with greater harmony. Today you can find people practicing yoga everywhere. Especially Hatha-Yoga (asanas and Pranayama) has become the synonym of yoga. So to enhance the meaning of your life, religion, faith and practices, yoga is the tool, which is free from religion, caste or creed, available for one and all.
The term ‘Yoga’, which is multivalent and derived from the root ‘yuj’, generally means ‘union’, ‘to join’, ‘to yoke together’, or ‘to unite as one’. The word yoga comes from the most ancient language known to man Sanskrita. In India, Sanskrit is considered to be the language of God, and is formed in a mathematical way.
Yoga in India is also considered as one of the six Ancient Indian Philosophies. Primarily we should keep in mind that yoga is the ‘way of union’.
The Bhagawad Gita uses it (i.i.48) to mean sole desire for supreme divinity (paramesvarikaparata- sridharasvamin). In i.i. 50 of the same treatise, yoga denotes skill in work (karmasu kausalam). In IV. 1,2,3, Yoga means Karma yoga (desire less action) and Jnana yoga (acquisition of time knowledge). In VI. 16, 17, the term yoga means Samadhi in which the mind is united with the Atman. In VI. 23, yoga means a state of mind, which having realized the Supreme Being, is not disturbed even by great suffering. In i.i. 48 and vi. 33, 36, yoga means samatva or equanimity, i.e., indifference to pleasure and pain.
Yoga can be accepted as a way of life, a way of integrating your whole awareness with the true nature of the Self. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life should work in integrated harmony with each other.
What is union? In normal sense of yoga this union means harmony of body, mind, emotions and spirit. It is living in the present, moving and accepting all situations as they are with a positive attitude.

Moral and ethical values are one of the key factors for improving our life and establish peace around us. Hatha Yoga leads into Raja Yoga which provides all the tools at this level.

Yoga is more than just physical exercise—it’s a holistic practice that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. At LoveYour.Studio, we take pride in offering an in-house sequence of thoughtfully curated classes, each designed to meet you where you are and help you grow safely and effectively.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting your journey, selecting the right class for your needs is key to maximising the benefits of yoga. Our unique approach provides clear guidance on levels and requirements, ensuring you progress mindfully and confidently.
With a range of offerings, from gentle foundational practices to invigorating flows, our classes are tailored to match your energy levels, goals, and preferences. We encourage you to mix and explore different styles, allowing your body to rest, recover, and thrive.
Why Our Sequence Matters: Our classes are thoughtfully arranged from 1 to 9, with each level increasing in physical and mental demand. This structure not only helps students select the most suitable class but also guides our teachers in ensuring safe practice.
If a teacher observes that a student is struggling or at risk of injury in a more advanced class, they may recommend focusing on a "lower level" class to build the necessary strength, coordination, and awareness. This isn’t a setback—it’s an opportunity to refine your practice and progress safely.
Our approach emphasises personal growth and safety over rushing through levels. By following this sequence, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of your body and mind, ensuring a sustainable and fulfilling yoga journey.
No Competition, Just Your Journey: Yoga is not a race, and there is no competition in our studio. One person may choose to stay with 6. Yoga Asana I while occasionally enjoying a 1. Yoga Arambha class. Another might find joy and fulfilment in alternating between 2. Yoga Sukham I and 2. Yoga Sukham II, because that’s what they want and need. Others may progress to our hardest 9. Yoga Virya II, balancing their practice with a therapeutic Hathenas session.
The beauty of yoga lies in its adaptability. What matters is what you want and can do today. No one earns a medal for reaching higher levels—it’s about finding joy, peace, and growth in your practice, wherever that may be.
Interestingly, many advanced students—especially those pursuing yoga teacher training—develop a deep love for the less demanding practices. Even our teachers who lead the challenging 9. Yoga Virya II classes often choose to recharge with the simplicity and calm of Yoga Arambha.
Our Promise: Listen to your body, honour its limits, and let your yoga practice guide you toward improved health and vitality. We’re here to support you with expert instruction and a diverse array of classes to help you find balance and fulfilment in your practice.

Why We Designed a Numbered Sequence
At LoveYour.Studio, our class system reflects our mission of inclusivity, accessibility, and personal growth.
We offer two complementary strands of practice:
In-House Class Sequences — thoughtfully curated by our founder and based on the Classical Sanatan Yoga tradition, alongside modern therapeutic insights. These classes are numbered 1 to 9 to reflect increasing levels of physical and mental challenge. The goal is to provide a clear yet flexible structure for students to grow safely and meaningfully.
Branded Yoga Offerings — taught by our inspiring guest teachers and featuring recognised styles such as Jivamukti: Spiritual Warrior, Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha. These sessions offer variety and expression.
Our in-house numbered system offers a supportive sense of direction — whether you're recovering, building confidence, or seeking greater depth in your practice. It’s not a hierarchy, but a flexible structure designed to prioritise care, clarity, and empowerment for every student.
Whether you're new to yoga, or seeking challenges, our structure makes space for all — without pressure, comparison, or exclusion.
How Our Class System Supports You
This system wasn’t created by chance — it’s the result of lived experience, study, and a commitment to serving a diverse community with care.
We designed our class structure to reflect the following principles:
Thoughtful Progression: Our numbered in-house classes follow a clear path from foundational to advanced practices, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence at your own pace.
Safety First: Teachers may suggest staying in a lower-level class when it's safer or more beneficial. We prioritise your wellbeing over pushing limits.
No Pressure to Advance: Some students thrive in gentler practices. Others enjoy more challenge. Both are valid. There’s no pressure to 'move up' — only an invitation to deepen.
Holistic Growth: Our classes integrate physical, mental, and emotional care — inviting your whole self to participate, grow, and feel supported.
Providing Autonomy: Even experienced practitioners return to classes like 1. Yoga Ārambha to reconnect with breath, restore, or refine their awareness — empowering each student to choose what supports them best, no matter where they are on their journey.
Together, our In-House classes and expert-led Branded Yoga offerings give you both a clear structure and the freedom to explore. Everyone will find a yoga practice that fits their current needs — that’s our promise.
Our In-House Classes: Sequenced from 1 to 9
Each of our In-House classes is numbered to help guide you along a path of progression. Classes marked 'I' are designed as accessible foundations for their corresponding 'II' classes, offering a stable and supportive base to grow from.
For example, if you're building confidence in your posture work, we recommend starting with:
6. Yoga Āsana I – Posture Foundations: Focuses on alignment and technique in key postures.
Before progressing to:
7. Yoga Āsana II – Next Level Postures: Explore transitions, strength-based holds, and inversions with clarity and control.
This two-level structure appears throughout our system — from gentle breath-led movement (Kriyā) to vigorous power flows (Vīrya) — offering a pathway that evolves with you.
Class Descriptions:
Yoga Ārambha – Gentle Foundations Gentle practice for beginners, focusing on foundational postures and relaxation.
Yoga Sukham I – Breath & Pause Floor-based class, offering a calming, breath-led practice where we gently prepare the body for each posture.
Yoga Sukham II – Grounded Vitality Floor-based class, where you are guided directly into longer-held postures that energise the body through conscious engagement and grounding.
Yoga Kriyā I – Mindful Movement A beginner-friendly class designed for all levels. It focuses on gentle, flowing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and coordination in a supportive environment.

It’s natural to have a favorite class or style of yoga, but sticking to just one approach can create imbalances in the body. Over time, repetitive movement patterns or over-reliance on certain muscle groups can lead to strain, fatigue, or even injury, especially if we’re constantly pushing ourselves to achieve new personal bests.
The true goal of a consistent yoga practice isn’t about perfection or performance—it’s about maintaining and enhancing your health, both physically and mentally, as you navigate life’s changes.
A well-rounded yoga practice includes a thoughtful blend of:
Dynamic Movement: To improve cardiovascular health and coordination.
Strength-Building Postures: To support joint stability and muscle endurance.
Relaxation Practices: To release tension and promote mental clarity.
Breath-work (Pranayama): To enhance focus, energy, and overall well-being.
By exploring different yoga styles, you’ll develop a more balanced practice that supports your body’s needs, prevents injury, and promotes long-term health.
At LoveYour.Studio, we encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and try something new—whether it’s a restorative class to complement your vigorous flows, or a posture-based session to deepen your understanding of alignment.
Discover the joy of a diverse practice and let yoga enhance every aspect of your life.
In any physical practice, including yoga, overexertion without adequate rest can lead to burnout, fatigue, and injury. From a sports science perspective, recovery is essential for allowing your muscles, joints, and nervous system to adapt and grow stronger.
Yoga, when approached with a competitive mindset—always pushing for the next level—can sometimes lead to overuse injuries or imbalances. The key is finding balance.
Rest and Recovery are not signs of weakness; they’re vital components of progress.
During rest, your body repairs itself, reducing the risk of strain and enhancing your overall performance in the long run.
By mixing different class styles, from vigorous practices like Yoga Virya II to more restorative options like Yoga Sukham II, you give your body the variety it needs to thrive.
This balanced approach helps:
Prevent Overuse Injuries: By engaging different muscle groups and allowing overworked areas to recover.
Enhance Performance: Rest periods improve strength, flexibility, and endurance over time.
Support Long-Term Health: Protecting joints and muscles from wear and tear.
Yoga teaches us to listen to our bodies. Respecting the need for rest allows us to practice sustainably, avoiding the pitfalls of overexertion and embracing the full benefits of yoga.
Our Yoga Kriya Classes (Movement-Based Practice for All Levels)
Yoga Kriya is the original form of yoga, designed to harmonise breath, movement, and awareness. Think of it as similar to Pilates—but with deeper focus and intention. These classes are perfect for building strength, flexibility, and coordination through carefully sequenced movements.
By incorporating Yoga Kriya into your routine, you’ll not only improve physical endurance but also sharpen mental focus. It’s a must for all levels, offering a strong foundation while preparing you for more advanced practices.
Our Yoga Asana and Yoga Virya Classes (Advanced Practices for Strength and Mastery)
Looking to push your limits? Yoga Asana and Yoga Virya classes offer a challenging, posture-based practice that helps you build strength, refine technique, and explore advanced movements. These sessions focus on mastering postures and flowing sequences to develop strong, lean muscles and enhance mental resilience.
However, it’s crucial to balance these intense practices with restorative classes. Overexertion without adequate rest can hinder your progress and may lead to long-term imbalances or injuries. If you’re unable to maintain proper form in postures or flow through vinyasas confidently, it’s a sign to step back and allow your body time to recover.
Our Yoga Sukham (Calm & Restorative) and Yoga Arambha (Starting Level) Classes
Restorative classes like Yoga Sukham are vital for achieving homeostasis—a balanced state where the body can heal and rejuvenate. These slower-paced practices, similar to Yin or restorative yoga but with more flexibility, help calm the nervous system, promoting mental clarity and emotional stability.
For beginners or those easing back into yoga, Yoga Arambha provides a gentle introduction, building foundational skills in a supportive environment. Together, these classes ensure your body has time to rest and rebuild, making your return to dynamic sessions more effective and enjoyable.
Our Cikitsa (Therapeutic) Classes for Breath & Core Strength
Therapeutic yoga focuses on healing, reeducating, and restoring the body. Classes like Hathenas Sequence centre on breath-work to improve lung capacity, enhance circulation, and reduce stress. Meanwhile, the Loma-Viloma Sequence strengthens the core, supporting posture and overall physical health.
Incorporating therapeutic classes into your routine provides essential care for your body, laying the groundwork for safe and sustainable progress in more active practices.
Why Balance Matters Mixing these class styles helps you stay strong, focused, and injury-free while nurturing both body and mind. By listening to your needs and exploring various practices, you’ll enjoy a more holistic yoga journey that supports long-term health and vitality.
Yoga isn’t about competition or chasing a specific goal—it’s about connecting with your body, mind, and spirit (or personality, if that resonates more). It’s a deeply personal journey that evolves with your needs and experiences.
By embracing a balanced mix of classes, you create a practice that not only builds strength and flexibility but also nurtures your long-term health and wellness. Each class type offers unique benefits, and finding the right combination ensures your practice remains sustainable and fulfilling.
Listen to Your Body
Pay close attention to how you feel after each session. Some weeks, you might crave the invigorating challenge of a Yoga Virya class. Other times, your body may call for the fluid movements of Yoga Kriya or the restorative calm of a Yoga Sukham session.
Experiment and Explore
Don’t be afraid to try different styles or switch things up based on your energy levels and goals. Your needs will shift over time, and your yoga practice should adapt accordingly.
Ultimately, the beauty of yoga lies in its flexibility—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you’re seeking challenge, relaxation, or recovery, each class contributes to your overall well-being.
Enjoy the journey, and let your practice be a reflection of where you are today.

Classical Hatha Yoga is a foundational practice that emphasises physical postures and breath control, forming the basis of many modern yoga styles practiced today.
Description:
Classical Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice that focuses on balancing the body and mind through physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama). As the origin of many modern yoga practices found in studios today, Hatha Yoga is a comprehensive approach to wellness, suitable for all levels of practitioners seeking to build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Longer Informative Description:
Classical Hatha Yoga is one of the oldest and most widely practiced schools of yoga, dedicated to the physical aspect of the yoga journey. The term "Hatha" is often interpreted as the union of opposing forces—'Ha' meaning sun and 'Tha' meaning moon—symbolising the balance of energy within the body and mind. Hatha Yoga encompasses a wide range of physical practices that are designed to prepare the body for deeper spiritual work, making it the foundation for many of the modern yoga styles practiced in studios today, including Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Power Yoga.
In a Classical Hatha Yoga class, practitioners engage in a series of physical postures (asanas) that are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. These postures are often held for longer periods, allowing practitioners to explore their alignment and breath. Pranayama, or breath control, is also a key component of Hatha Yoga, helping to regulate the flow of energy (prana) throughout the body and calm the mind.
This practice is accessible to all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis, offering a comprehensive approach to physical and mental well-being. The slow and deliberate pace of Classical Hatha Yoga makes it an ideal practice for those looking to build a strong foundation in yoga, develop mindfulness, and enhance their overall health.
Classical Hatha Yoga not only strengthens the body but also cultivates mental clarity and emotional stability. It provides a balanced and holistic practice that honours the roots of yoga while offering practical tools for navigating the demands of modern life. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Classical Hatha Yoga offers a timeless and transformative journey that connects body, mind, and spirit.

Brief Intro:
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and fluid practice that links breath with movement, creating a continuous flow of postures that energises the body and calms the mind.
Description:
Vinyasa Yoga is known for its smooth, flowing sequences that synchronise breath with movement. Each pose transitions seamlessly into the next, creating a dance-like flow that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance. Suitable for all levels, Vinyasa offers a balanced practice that can be both invigorating and meditative.
Longer Informative Description:
Vinyasa Yoga, often referred to simply as "flow" yoga, is a popular and dynamic style that emphasises the connection between breath and movement. The word "Vinyasa" can be translated as "to place in a special way," reflecting the intentional and mindful transitions between postures in this practice. Unlike some yoga styles that hold poses for extended periods, Vinyasa Yoga moves at a faster pace, with each movement linked to an inhale or exhale, creating a fluid and continuous flow.
A typical Vinyasa class begins with a series of Sun Salutations to warm up the body, followed by a creative sequence of standing, balancing, and seated postures. The class often ends with a cool-down and relaxation, leaving practitioners feeling both invigorated and calm. The emphasis on breath awareness helps to create a moving meditation, where the mind becomes focused and present.
Vinyasa Yoga is highly adaptable, making it suitable for practitioners of all levels. Beginners can enjoy the basic sequences and modifications, while more advanced students can explore challenging variations and faster-paced flows. The versatility of Vinyasa allows for a wide range of class styles, from gentle and restorative to powerful and intense, catering to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
Beyond the physical benefits, Vinyasa Yoga promotes mental clarity and emotional balance. The continuous flow of postures encourages a deep connection with the present moment, helping to reduce stress and enhance mindfulness. Whether you're seeking to build strength, improve flexibility, or find a moving meditation, Vinyasa Yoga offers a dynamic and fulfilling practice that nurtures both body and mind.
Join us for Vinyasa Yoga and experience the transformative power of breath and movement, as you flow through a practice that energises, empowers, and inspires.

It complements more dynamic practices like Vinyasa or Hatha Yoga by providing a counterbalance that emphasises stillness, patience, and the cultivation of inner peace. While VAT is a separate tax requirement, having VAT-inclusive prices allows us to offer clear and consistent pricing for every class, workshop, and membership package.
Since VAT is included in our listed prices at a rate of 20%, your effective cost for each membership or class is actually lower than the full price shown. Here’s how it breaks down:
Drop-In Rate
Single Class (£15): £12.50 per class excluding VAT
Multi-Class Passes
5 Class Pack (£65): £54.17 total (or approximately £10.83 per class)
10 Class Pack (£120): £100 total (or approximately £10 per class)
20 Class Pack (£220): £183.33 total (or approximately £9.17 per class)
Monthly Class Memberships
Monthly Light (1 class per week - £40): £33.33 total, about £8.33 per class (or £6.67 with bonus class)
Monthly Foundation (2 classes per week - £68): £56.67 total, about £7.08 per class (or £5.67 with bonus classes)
Monthly Balanced (3 classes per week - £100): £83.33 total, about £6.94 per class (or £4.63 with bonus classes)
Monthly Progressive (5 classes per week - £120): £100 total, about £5.00 per class (or £4.17 with bonus classes)
Monthly Dedicated (7 classes per week - £140): £116.67 total, about £4.17 per class (or £3.53 with bonus classes)
Unlike gyms, our studio is committed to providing a high-quality, personalised yoga experience that focuses on your wellness and personal growth—not just membership sales.
We only deduct a class from your plan when you attend, because we want you to be here, practicing with us and getting the most out of your membership.
Here are a few reasons why our pricing reflects the value we offer:
Quality and Expertise: We invest in skilled and knowledgeable teachers who specialize in yoga, not general fitness. Each teacher receives a base payment with additional compensation based on attendance, meaning we prioritize fair wages to attract and retain expert instructors. In fact, our pay structure can be up to three times higher than typical gym compensation, underscoring our commitment to quality.
Diversity and Range of Classes: While a budget gym may offer limited yoga classes, we provide a broad selection with around 45 weekly classes, covering various yoga styles, skill levels, and times to fit different schedules. This means more options and a greater chance of finding classes that match your unique goals.
Personal Connection and Dedication: Gyms often operate on a model where they profit most when members don’t attend, meaning they benefit from “no-shows.” At our studio, it’s the opposite. We only deduct a class from your plan when you attend, because we want you to be here, practicing with us and getting the most out of your membership. Your progress and presence matter to us, and we’ve designed our memberships to support consistent attendance and growth.
Specialised Workshops and Programs: Beyond regular classes, we offer unique workshops and self-development programs. These programs allow you to dive deeper into specific areas and cultivate a more meaningful practice—services not typically available in a gym setting.
Operational Costs: Running a dedicated yoga studio involves essential expenses that enhance the experience:
Rent and Rates: We maintain a peaceful, welcoming environment where you can focus fully on your practice without distractions.
Service Charges: These cover shared building expenses, maintenance, and improvements, ensuring the studio remains clean, safe, and inviting.
Utilities: Our heating, cooling, and lighting systems are designed to create a stable, serene setting conducive to practice.
By investing in these aspects, we create a space that’s entirely dedicated to yoga, wellness, and personal development, providing a level of service and attention that goes far beyond what a general fitness center offers. We’re here to support your journey, not just sell memberships, and that’s reflected in everything we do.
While online platforms offer free or low-cost content, they often lack the personal connection and dedicated guidance you’ll find at LoveYour.Studio. Our teachers are focused on your progress and well-being, not views or ad revenue. We're here to guide you through your journey, offering real-time adjustments, encouragement, and community support.
We understand the appeal of platforms that offer yoga for all kinds of audiences—be it athletes, babies, or even aliens! While they cater to a global market, our focus remains local. We aim to create a supportive space for our community, where individuals can grow together.
Similarly, there are advanced platforms that track your stats and offer algorithm-based class recommendations. These billion-pound companies have their place, but our mission is different. We’re about human connection, not just data. Our memberships may cost more because they offer something priceless: a local, personalised experience that nurtures both your body and mind while enriching your community.
Refunds are not typically offered for early cancellations. One of the benefits of our memberships is that they come with no contract, giving you the flexibility to cancel at any time without long-term commitments. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. For exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons, please reach out to our team to discuss potential options.

However, if you have a busy or variable schedule, our Up-Front Packages may suit you better, as they allow you to use sessions at your convenience over an extended period. Absolutely! We understand that life circumstances can change, and we’re here to support you through those transitions. Whether you're moving to a busier schedule or looking to establish a more regular routine, we make it easy to switch between Monthly Plans and Up-Front Packages. We’ll work with you to ensure that your sessions transfer smoothly, and any existing credits or discounts you have will be honored. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll assist with the details of switching over seamlessly.
Each appointment can be customized to suit your specific wellness needs. You can use your sessions for private yoga classes, therapeutic treatments like massages, counseling sessions, or even wellness mentoring. We also allow you to bundle multiple services within a single session timing—so, for example, you could have 30 minutes of private yoga followed by 30 minutes of therapeutic massage in a 60-minute appointment. Our goal is to provide a holistic wellness experience tailored to you. Talk to us about what you need, and we’ll ensure that your sessions are designed to support your unique wellness journey.
Typically, Up-Front Packages are non-transferable, as they are designed for individual use. However, we recognize that some clients may wish to share wellness experiences with family members or partners. In these cases, we’re open to discussing options for family or partner sharing, depending on availability and specific arrangements. Please reach out to our team to discuss any unique needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you while ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
Yes! If you find that you need additional support or simply want to enjoy more wellness sessions, you can book extra one-off appointments at any time. These extra sessions are available at the discounted rate associated with your plan, allowing you to enjoy more care without committing to a higher plan level. This flexibility ensures that you can respond to changes in your wellness needs without altering your overall plan, giving you complete control over your wellness routine.
For Monthly Plans, any unused sessions generally don’t roll over to the next month as each month is billed separately. However, we understand that sometimes unexpected things come up. If you contact us in advance, we can try to reschedule or accommodate as best as possible within the same month. For Up-Front Packages, your sessions come with an extended validity period—up to 2 years for some packages—allowing you plenty of time to use your sessions at your convenience.
Yes, we’re here to support your changing needs. If you’d like to move to a different level of care, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your Monthly Plan. Just let us know, and we’ll make adjustments accordingly. Changes may take effect in the next billing cycle, so please reach out in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
Life happens, and we understand that you might need a temporary break from your wellness routine. Monthly Plans can often be paused or adjusted depending on the circumstances; reach out to our team to discuss your options. For Up-Front Packages, since they already have extended validity, they provide built-in flexibility. However, if an extended pause is required, we’re happy to explore solutions with you.
Our Monthly Plans offer up to 20% savings on each session compared to the base rate, making them an economical choice for regular care. With Up-Front Packages, you can save up to 30% off the base rate depending on the size of the package you choose. This means more affordable wellness sessions whether you’re looking for regular, ongoing support or flexible, occasional care.

Joining us means becoming part of a mission-driven environment that values connection, collaboration, and care.
At LoveYour.Studio, we currently offer freelance opportunities for Experience Creators, with competitive, role-specific payment structures. This flexible arrangement is ideal for those balancing multiple commitments or seeking independent work.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to expand our team by introducing full-time and part-time roles for Studio Enablers. These positions will come with a dedicated payroll system and enhanced rewards. Stay tuned as we grow and create more opportunities for individuals passionate about wellness and community.
LoveYour.Studio is a for-profit organization with significant obligations to our local community and government. We contribute by paying rent, service charges, business rates, payroll taxes, and VAT, while also sponsoring local charities and community initiatives.
These responsibilities reflect our dual role as a wellness hub and a responsible business.
Because of this, we make no apologies for our necessary focus on business success. A thriving studio ensures we can continue to offer transformative experiences, provide meaningful work for our team, and foster the well-being of our clients.
Our studio is an enabler of work and joy, creating opportunities for everyone to succeed. But this shared vision requires effort and dedication from all.
Together, we’re building not just a space for wellness but a platform for future growth, where roles like managing your own studio or contributing to our expanding network become real possibilities.
Join us in driving a sustainable, purpose-driven studio where success benefits all—our clients, our team, and our community.
We are currently hiring freelance Experience Creators, including yoga teachers, workshop leaders, and activity facilitators in fields such as creative arts, wellness, and personal development. These roles are essential to delivering the diverse range of experiences we offer at LoveYour.Studio.
While we hope to welcome Studio Enablers in full-time and part-time roles in the future, these positions will be introduced when we can sustainably afford them. In the meantime, we’re also open to working with volunteers in select capacities. However, we understand that relying on volunteers should be the exception rather than the norm, as their involvement impacts our financial, time, and resource commitments.
Check out our specific role descriptions to see how you can join our growing team and contribute to our mission.
Our application process is designed to ensure a strong alignment between your skills and our studio’s mission. Here’s how it works:
Selection Program: Begin by submitting your CV, completing a structured application form, and providing information about your values, skills, and references. This allows us to get a comprehensive view of your background and potential fit.
Interviews and Auditions: Successful applicants will be invited to participate in an interview and, if applicable, an audition to showcase their teaching or facilitation style.
Mandatory Training: Before starting, all new team members must complete mandatory training sessions, which include:
In-house Customer Service Excellence
In-house First Aid Training & Certificate (if applicable)
In-house Fire Safety and Emergency Procedures
Other legal and operational training relevant to the studio’s needs.
These steps ensure you’re fully prepared to contribute effectively and confidently to the LoveYour.Studio community while meeting important legal and safety standards.
LoveYour.Studio is the perfect space for those passionate about leading yoga, creative activities, or sessions focused on personal development and enlightenment. Whether you’re a yoga teacher guiding movement and breath, a meditation guide fostering mindfulness, or a facilitator offering workshops in arts, crafts, or transformative and performative practices, your expertise adds value to our diverse community.
Whether you’re a yoga teacher helping clients connect with their breath and body, a meditation guide fostering mindfulness, or a facilitator of creative activities like arts, crafts, or music, your contribution will bring fresh perspectives and new energy to our offerings.
We value professionals who:
Deliver with passion: You bring authenticity and enthusiasm to every session, making each experience memorable.
Foster connection: Whether it’s through a dynamic vinyasa flow, a calming meditation, or a joyful painting class, you help clients feel seen, supported, and inspired.
Offer variety: From foundational yoga classes to unique workshops in music or creative writing, your skills add depth and breadth to our studio’s schedule.
Joining our team means you’ll have the flexibility to share your expertise while being part of a supportive environment that values innovation and client satisfaction. It’s the perfect platform for instructors and facilitators who want to grow their practice and make a lasting impact in the wellness and creative industries.
At LoveYour.Studio, we take pride in offering diverse level classes through our carefully structured In-house programs. As an Experience Creator, you’ll have the autonomy to define and commit to the level of your classes—whether it’s beginner, intermediate, advanced, or all levels.
All Levels: If you choose to teach an all-levels class, you’ll be expected to skillfully provide alternatives, modifications, and adaptations to ensure everyone benefits from the session without compromising the class's core experience.
Specific Levels: For level-specific classes, like advanced sessions, we trust you to maintain that standard. If an inexperienced student expresses interest, we encourage you to assess their suitability and guide them to the appropriate class for their safety and growth. Remember, no one starts with a black belt, and certain practices, like advanced Ashtanga, require foundational skills to avoid injury and maximize benefits.
Our goal is to foster a learning environment where students feel both challenged and safe, and teachers feel empowered to deliver classes aligned with their expertise and class focus.
We’re committed to offering flexible schedules that accommodate your other commitments. However, to maintain a thriving and fair working environment, it’s essential that all team members fully embrace our teaching terms and conditions.
Key expectations include:
Meeting Minimum Attendance Requirements: To ensure consistency and engagement, teachers are expected to meet specific attendance thresholds within a set period.
Priority for High-Performing Teachers: We’re sorry, but we must prioritise teachers who consistently demonstrate high performance and engagement. As a result, these teachers will receive priority in selecting their schedules for the upcoming quarter.
We understand this may feel challenging at times, but these measures are in place to maintain fairness and align with freelance regulations.
It’s also important to note that, as part of the nature of freelance work, we cannot guarantee permanence of position. While we deeply value the contributions of every team member, roles are based on mutual respect, compliance with our terms, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
At LoveYour.Studio, we believe in fostering an environment where everyone thrives—when we succeed together, greater opportunities follow.
At LoveYour.Studio, we see ourselves as more than just a wellness space—we’re an incubator for innovation and creativity. We encourage our Experience Creators to bring their unique ideas, experiment with new formats, and explore fresh approaches to wellness and personal development.
Whether you’re introducing a groundbreaking workshop, refining a niche yoga style, or blending creative arts with mindfulness, our studio provides the support and resources to help you bring your vision to life. We value collaboration and experimentation, understanding that innovation is key to keeping our offerings vibrant and relevant.
Here, you’re not just delivering a service; you’re shaping the future of wellness experiences. Your creativity and input play a vital role in enriching our community and elevating the studio’s mission.
At LoveYour.Studio, we believe in mutual support when it comes to building and sustaining a thriving community. We’ll actively promote your classes and workshops through our website, social media channels, and in-studio materials. In return, we expect you to be a proactive ambassador for the studio.
This includes:
Promoting your classes and workshops through your personal channels to expand reach.
Maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere, both within and outside the studio, to uphold the reputation of all teachers and staff.
Fostering mutual respect and collaboration with your fellow Experience Creators, regardless of personal differences, to strengthen the studio as a whole.
By working together to build a consistent and unified message, we create a space where everyone—teachers, staff, and clients—can thrive. Remember, success is a shared journey, and keeping the studio’s best interests at heart benefits us all.
Absolutely! At LoveYour.Studio, we thrive on innovation and creativity. We actively encourage our Experience Creators to bring unique or experimental concepts that can enrich our offerings and provide fresh experiences for our clients. Whether it’s a fusion of yoga and dance, a creative writing workshop with mindfulness elements, or something entirely new, we’re excited to explore how your ideas can fit into our community.
Additionally, if you have a concept that falls outside our current offerings, you’re welcome to rent our space to bring your vision to life. Our flexible rental options allow you to host your own classes, workshops, or events in a professional and supportive environment.
Let’s collaborate to ensure your innovative ideas find the perfect platform, whether within our structured programs or through independent ventures.
Yes, for certain roles, valid certifications and insurance are essential. For example:
Yoga Instructors: Must hold a recognised yoga teaching certification and have up-to-date liability insurance.
Therapists: Are required to have relevant qualifications and insurance for any wellness therapies they provide, such as massage or reflexology.
For roles in creative activities like arts, crafts, or music, formal certifications may not be necessary. However, depending on the nature of your sessions, you may need to obtain relevant licenses. For instance:
Music or Sound-Based Workshops: A music license may be required if copyrighted material is used.
Specialised Practices: Other licenses might be applicable based on the nature of your activity (e.g., performance-based work or media use).
We prioritise experience, passion, and your ability to deliver engaging and impactful sessions. If you’re unsure about specific requirements, we’re happy to discuss and guide you through the process. Our goal is to maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and compliance in all our offerings.
As an Experience Creator, you’ll benefit from comprehensive marketing support. We’ll feature your classes and workshops on our website, promote them across our social media channels, and manage bookings through our platform.
However, promotion is a collaborative effort. We encourage you to actively promote your offerings through your own channels to expand your reach. Additionally, maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere is key. This helps foster trust and loyalty, not just for your classes but for the studio as a whole.
By working together to build awareness, we ensure that both you and LoveYour.Studio thrive, creating a consistent and unified message for our community.
As a Studio Enabler, your role embodies the values of Maitri (cheerfulness and friendliness) and Saucha (cleanliness), ensuring a welcoming and harmonious environment for clients and team members alike. Key responsibilities include:
Ambassador of Cheerfulness and Hospitality: Greet clients with warmth and positivity, making them feel valued and supported from the moment they arrive.
Client Assistance: Guide clients through app navigation, account setup, and payments, while addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and care.
Support for Experience Creators: Be on hand to assist teachers with class setup when required, ensuring sessions begin without a hitch.
Saucha Duties: Maintain a clean, organized, and serene studio environment by handling light cleaning and ensuring props, mats, and spaces are ready for use.
