Service Description
Warm Practice is our middle-ground class — posture-based yoga in a warm room, designed for the body that wants to move but isn't reaching for mastery today. Heat lets muscles open, alignment deepens, and the work feels rewarding rather than punishing. What to expect: gentle warm-up to meet the heat, sustained postures with clear alignment cues, considered transitions, restful close. Bring water and a small towel. About the Tāpas family. Tāpas in classical yoga means transformative heat — the inner warmth that builds through committed practice. In our studio, it also means the literal heat in the room. Every Tāpas class is warmed. Where this sits on our 1-9 scale. Warm Practice is Level 4-6 — confident on the mat, comfortable with sustained postures, ready for the heat to do its work.
