Service Description
A gently paced class combining breathwork, mindful transitions, and steady pose holds to help you build strength, focus, and inner calm. Cathy’s Slow Flow is rooted in breath awareness and designed to guide you deeper into your practice — whether you're new to flow or looking to refine technique. Each class includes a mindful breath meditation at the start, followed by carefully sequenced movements with variations offered for all bodies. While not specifically for beginners, this is an inclusive, grounding space where everyone is welcome. Expect moments of challenge, reflection, and support — all in one steady rhythm.

We understand that circumstances change, therefore, we do not have a cancellation timing. If you know you will not make it, cancel as soon as possible so your spot is made available to other students. WAITING LIST If you are on the waiting list, come in anyway. We Should still be able to fit you in
