Service Description
In-House Mindfulness Class: Mauna Sādhana offers a calm and silent space to begin your day with stillness, presence, and intention. Held each weekday morning, this 30-minute self-led session welcomes experienced meditators who already have a personal practice and would like to share space with others — in silence, without instruction. Whether you wish to breathe, reflect, sit quietly, journal, or simply be — this time is yours. You're supported by a calm environment, grounded community energy, and the presence of others doing the same. What’s included: - A silent, uninterrupted 30-minute session - Herbal tea before or after - Journaling materials available - No instruction, no expectations, just peaceful co-presence Please note: - Booking is required to manage space and honour quiet - Doors close promptly at 6:00 AM - Not suitable for complete beginners to mindfulness (see “Prāṇa Dhāraṇa” for guided practice) This is a gift to yourself — and a gift to the morning. Let the silence hold you.
