Service Description
In-House Mindfulness Class: Ānanda Sandhyā means Joyful or Blissful Evening — a calm, heart-opening class to help you cultivate contentment (santosha), presence, and gratitude at the end of your day. This 45-minute class blends gentle movement, guided breath, and simple mantra or vocal toning to awaken the subtle energies of the heart — without requiring singing experience. It’s not a chanting class or a sound bath, but a light, accessible session that leaves you feeling more connected and grounded. Each session includes: - Breath-led movement to arrive in the body - Gentle humming or seed sounds (mantra-like) - Focus on contentment and soft awareness - Optional reflections on joy, gratitude, and letting go - Mindful stillness, listening, and shared silence - Herbal tea and optional journaling Whether you’ve had a busy day or are seeking to reconnect to a lighter, softer part of yourself, Ānanda Sandhyā invites you to feel “enough,” exactly as you are. No musical experience needed. All are welcome. Booking required (use packs or membership). Let the vibration of sound and breath lead you home to presence and inner joy.
