Service Description
In-House Mindfulness Class: Prāṇa Dhāraṇa is a guided mindfulness session to help you shift from ‘doing’ into ‘being’. Rooted in the yogic practices of Prāṇāyāma (breathwork) and Dhāraṇā (focused awareness), this class invites you to start your day with presence, steadiness, and clarity. In just 30 minutes, you’ll experience: - Gentle movement to release tension (jattis) - Accessible breath techniques to regulate your mind and body - A short mindfulness or intention-setting reflection - Optional journaling, before or after practice - Tea for mindful sipping and settling in Each session supports emotional resilience, nervous system balance, and clarity for the day ahead. Perfect for beginners and regular practitioners alike. Bring: - Yourself, exactly as you are - A favourite journal if you like to write (optional) - Openness to stillness, breath, and gentle inner work
