Service Description

Chitta Śānti means Peace of Mind — and that’s exactly what this practice invites you to experience. Held in the early evening, this 45-minute in-house class supports you to shift from the busyness of the day into a space of calm, breath, and clarity. We use foundational yogic techniques like prāṇāyāma (breath regulation) and dhāraṇā (mental focus) to quiet the nervous system and bring your awareness inward. Each session includes: Gentle seated movement (jattis) to release tension Guided breathwork to regulate mind and body Simple mindfulness and focus techniques Optional journaling prompts for reflection A closing intention to carry into your evening Herbal tea for grounding before/after This is your time to gently unravel the day — letting go of what’s not needed and reconnecting to what matters. No forced positivity, no pressure — just your breath, your pace, and a supportive group environment. All levels welcome. Booking recommended. You may use your class pack or membership. Let this be your weekly ritual of presence, regulation, and renewal.
