Welcome to our Teaching Candidate Selection Program, designed to find skilled, dedicated teachers who share our values of integrity, client-centred service, and a commitment to continuous growth. At LoveYour.Studio, Farnborough, Yoga1 is focused on fostering a supportive, professional environment where teachers can thrive and contribute meaningfully to our community. This program will guide you through a series of steps to explore your alignment with our values, your understanding of yogic principles, and your readiness to be part of our studio. You’ll complete a pre-selection process, including reflections on personal insights, yogic knowledge, and teaching philosophy. Successful candidates will proceed to an interview and teaching audition, scheduled quarterly. In addition to regular teaching opportunities in the Abhyāsa Śāla (Big Hall), where experienced teachers are given preference, we offer a Rotational Cover List and a Rotational Teaching Development Opportunity in the Ananda Bhavana (Small Studio). These opportunities support newer teachers in building confidence, gaining hands-on experience, and progressing in their journey. For selected candidates, in-house training follows to ensure quality, safety, and alignment with our high standards, covering key areas like health and safety, emergency procedures, and client care. Our aim is to partner with teachers who are driven by both personal growth and the desire to positively impact others. This selection process allows us to find and nurture dedicated individuals who will make a difference in our community.
